I purchased a vehicle from Midway Nissan in 2008 and have been taking it back regularly for scheduled maintenance. My vehicle has had a few repairs done under warranty and service has always been excellent. Everyone is professional, and kind. Midway Nissan cares about their customers and I would definitely recommend them.

Paul M. worked VERY hard for me & I greatly...

Paul M. worked VERY hard for me & I greatly appreciated it! He even found me a loan with a lower rate. He worked with my situation like a super hero till he saved the damsel in distress (moi). It's a shame Justin could not get credit for the 2nd deal. I do recommend you dealership whenever it comes up & have cards for Justin to pass out to whoever needs a good salesman. Justin took all my phone calls on or off duty, he is a gem, you must keep him. Thank you all who worked with me (& my many, many calls to the finance dept. you all know who I am by now), & for fixing 'Bluebell' my other 1st brand new car. The new one now is called (the little girl I nanny for named him) Rhino. Thank you all. JAS

We were directed to you from another Nissan dealership....

We were directed to you from another Nissan dealership. They knew your inventory had the car of our dreams. The sales representative warned me about your willingness to do business but I was confident we could reach an agreement. We were willing to purchase the car site unseen with communications and pictures and a trustworthy team. Your sales representative's written statements about prices were changed when they knew we wanted the car, prices quoted were not upheld, and deals promised regarding gift cards were taken back. This made me wonder what we could believe and trust with this sales representative. I brought this to your representatives attention, Ms. Mayorga, and referred to her statement "earn my business", "respond to me and receive a $50 gift car, "$43,670" I received a typical response of sorry it wasn't part of how you do business there and an excuse because I do not live in Arizona. I was in fact communicating through internet sales which communicates with people all over the United States. I then received a message from her manager, Ms. Lopez, who was the most incompetent and unfriendly customer representative I could imagine. She threatened me saying I was not to use any internet communications or she would have them erased. I am really sad that I will not be able to purchase the car I was looking to buy there. But, the the exceptionally poor customer service and the dishonesty, makes it impossible to trust anything they say. Buyer beware!!! I should have listened to my local dealer when they warned me about this specific dealership in the first place.

I'm sorry for the way you feel and we certainly don't want any of our customers to have a poor experience. Meyling is a new employee with us and she made an honest mistake which she admitted and she apologized to you. She didn't realize you were out of state, we all make mistakes and we learn from them especially when you are in a new career. For you to tell her in an email you will post a poor review if you didn't get the giftcard because she made a mistake is unfair. We are all for correcting any issues or mistakes but also don't want to be threatened if we don't try and help in a situation. Below is the customers email and Meylings apologizing. Hi Meyling, Thanks so much for your message. My husband made it sound like the price we were quoted and expected to receive kept on changing. Very unfortunate. We are still shopping and hope to find the right deal soon. So if things change on your side or more incentives become availabe please contact us right away. I did respond to your emails right away and you told me if I did I would receive a $50 gift card. Please let me know how to activate this. Yes I apologize for the misunderstanding I did find this Armada let me know what you think it would be lower in price with rebate only included. Also I double checked on the Gift card unfortunately you have to be in the building in order for us to release them. Meyling Mayorga Internet Manager Meyling- seriously ! There is no message disclaimer that I need to need to be in the building. I hope I will hear positive information from you right away so I do not need to take further action. I love Midway Nissan. I have bought two cars from them and worked with Josh Pinnegan who is absolutely the best! He made the experience exciting, fun and easy. He went out of his way to help me understand exactly what I was buying and gave me a Great deal. I would totally recommend him to all my friends interested in buying a Nissan.

I found a vehicle on their website that I really liked....

I found a vehicle on their website that I really liked. Before driving an hour to their dealership I called and talked to Robert Bridgewater. He assured me that the vehicle was still available so I told him I was on my way. Once I arrived there Robert passed me on to someone else whom I had to walk the lot with for 20 minutes before figuring out that the vehicle was in fact not there anymore. The dealership did reimburse me for me for the waste of gas and time that this trip costed.

I have found the support I needed to keep my truck running for a long time to come. Honest answers, not selling what I don't need. Detailed information on maintenance and maintaining value. I am so stress relieved to have honest support to keep me securly on the road.

My overall experience with Midway Nissan has been nothing...

My overall experience with Midway Nissan has been nothing short of excellent every single visit. I currently have a Nissan Rogue which I use as a work vehicle so I am constantly getting regular oil changes and extensive maintenance done. No matter the extent of the issue ranging from minor to extreme the staff is always ready to help and get the job done right and in a very timely manner. I have made appointments which were withheld and done as quickly as I was told; I have also walked in without an appointment and have been greeted just as friendly and helped just as fast and timely. from getting a quick oil change to having to leave my vehicle for a few days and taking a rental car from Nissan it has always been the absolute best customer service, quick professional service, the friendliest staff, very reasonable pricing and specifically my preferred employee I always go through Leslie Moses always checks if I qualify for any special deals and/or and coupons etc. which is very greatly appreciated from myself and my company. The overall experience is absolutely stellar and I could not be happier with my ongoing experiences with Leslie Moses and here spectacular team of technicians.
