Brought my car in as the trunk was not working properly and I needed a new key and electronic fob. Girl at check in was most helpful and although the replacement key was not available they have ordered one for me. A good service. Only negative was the price of the new key and fob that was super expensive, in my opinion. Overall service was great.

I have always used the Autonation Ford in Scottsdale for servicing my vehicle since purchasing my vehicle there. Each time the service was done well, and they were great about communication. This time I had Tiffany, she was very helpful and was great about all my questions.

Had a great experience with auto nation ford. I was looking for a used truck and I found one. Was easy process of buying a truck super fast and they knew what they were doing. Communication was on point

Dealership put me in danger by not doing water test on tire that went flat after test drive. Two tires with 26,000 miles should be replaced, not one (industry standard). GM returned my call, but left a call back number with no voicemail or he blocked my number. Called five times over 3 days; left message with staff and never heard from him. They pushed their credit app throughout the day even though I had been preapproved by another lender at a better interest rate. They said it was the only form they had to gather all of the information. I didn?t think that was true and only provided name, address, phone number. Crossed out the rest. They did not reflect my $3100.00 payment of fees and added back $1400.00 in fees that were already paid. I am a white senior citizen woman. I doubt any of this would have occurred (and still ongoing) if I were a man. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP. Maybe posting this review will prompt them to return my calls.
