Preset apt for review of vehicle. We were met at the door and the proceeded to show us the car, describe its working in detail and we had a 20 minute drive of the vehicle. We found them to be very help without being pushy. asked them to repair a blemish area on the car and they set up an appoint with their repair people to do the repair. Very professional and helpful

A great experience as usual. I had a scheduled oil change and luckily the tailgate applique that was ordered had arrived. We were able to get that completed at the same time. Everything was completed and I was back on the road before lunch. Ashlee and Brandon are always very friendly and professional. Keith always comes out and says hello. It is very clear that the service department is dialed in. While I was there I was able to sale hello to Jess in sales as well. Autonation Ford has been great in every aspect. I live in Queen Creek and will always go to Scottsdale to Autonation Ford to purchase and service my vehicles. It is well worth the drive.

I had a very good experience in purchasing my new truck at AutoNation Ford Scottsdale. I flew in from New Mexico and they were waiting for me to pick me up at the airport. I had a friendly driver who took me to the dealership. The whole experience was very professional with no sale pressure for the extended warranty or maintenance package. Great service visit. They did several things including fixing the Bronco rattling window issue. Ashlee went to bat for me with Ford as the Bronco is past the 3/36 warranty. Since I complained about the issue the very first time I bought it to them, Ford ended up giving me financial assistance for most of the repair costs. In the end, they took great care of me!

Purchased a new F150. Process was as pleasant as buying a car can be; I hate it. The team was professional, courteous and didn?t play the hard sell games. They also did what they committed to as far as promptly taking care of cosmetic repairs to the truck. My opinion of the Ford Motor Company is another story.
