I was looking for a new car. Being that I have owned Cadilacs since 1983 (I still have a 1947 Cadilac Limo), I still wanted a Cadilac. The prices were not in my budget at this time, so I've been holding off, until I met up with Mr. Spady. He worked endlesly to try to find that perfect car that I was looking for and could afford. I had casually mentioned to Charlie that my husband and I were looking for a used vehicle. Charlies was obviously paying very close attention as he later brought a vehicle by our work location for my husband and I to see. The vehicle was exactly what I mentioned. We test drove the vehicle and then spoke to Charlie about price and trade-in value. Charlie promptly got back to us with a response and we had a deal later that day. Charlie made the process so easy and convenient for us, often times coming to our work location. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Mr. Kahn (Ozzy) is a friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgable salesperson who always thinks of his customer first and goes beyond the normal scope of customer service to make the sale. He sold us two vehicles: a Chrysler Town and Country in March at Lund Cadillac; and a 2004 Cadillac Escalade 4WD EXT in June at Legends Cadillac. In this market, that's quite an acomplishment. We were definitely shopping for a different vehicle when we went into Lund because of a newspaper ad . The Escalade was a job well done by Ozzy as we were putting off the second purchase until the end of the year. Ozzy knew we would eventually buy another truck but his excellent salesmanship is what made the deal. We can only fit two cars into the garage so we won't be looking for awhile. When we do need another vehicle, we'll turn to Ozzy again.

This is the 4-5 car that I have gotten from Allen Hall. Allen is very honest and if he says I am getting the best price then you can trust his judgment. Very thorough in demonstrating the various options and equipment in the vehicle.
