Gawd Awful Experience with ZERO Communication

Too bad negative stars aren't an option with crap of a dealership. So my son goes in to buy a car, needs a co-signer and they ask if I would be able to. I applied that evening and NEVER heard back, not from the sales person, the sales manager (Ya Daniel McCoy, you know who you are!). A few days go by still nothing so my son says lets go in, we go back and sit politely in a cubicle waiting for the sales person to do something, anything. No one shows so after 20 minutes we leave. The worst experience a person can have is incompetence and negligent employees! This dealership has both, I can't blame the sales people as they just have to deal with it or move on I guess. Well Peoria Ford got our business and loved our money! Run, don't walk from this dealership. VW should know how bad this place is, after all it is their product that is (or isn't being sold there).

Thank you for the candid feedback on your experience with my staff at Camelback. It is unfortunate that you feel your visits to our dealership were unpleasant and negligent. Throughout each visit we stated that we were at the mercy of the banks, and did not have clear answers to give you. We would have been happy to sell you and your son a vehicle, unfortunately, it was not possible. We are happy to hear you found a vehicle that worked for him.

Best dealership experience ever

Everything was very relaxed from the start. I knew the car I wanted, and they worked with me on a deal without any of the shady tactics I’ve experienced with other dealers in the past. The price we agreed to was the price when I signed the final contract. Kory, Van, Tu and Tully were really friendly and professional throughout the process. Next time I’m in the market, I’ll definitely reach out to see if they have something I’m interested in.

Lacks all integrity!!!

After several visits and emails exchanged a price was agreed upon in writing for a new Subaru. We filled out all paperwork online, made appt. to come in to finalize sale. We were told to fill out paperwork again, showed additional vehicles, and given completely different price than what we had in writing. After keeping us for hours, they refused to honor the offer. What a SCAM!!!! This is a dealership lacking in integrity that I would caution you to think before doing business with.

Amazingly easy!

Dennis and tu were extremely helpful and answered every question i had about my car. Dennis showed me all the features my car had and even helped me set them all up.

Excellent Work Environment

The service department has been nothing but courteous and excellent to me since I began using them six years ago. The mechanics and front office staff are polite, take the time to explain which procedures they feel are necessary and why, and are very respectful if you elect to do a service yourself. For example, they noted that the air cabin filter and air intake filter were dirty, and I told them I'd take care of it to save labor costs. They aren't pushy selling services. The work environment is excellent. They have free coffee and donuts, popcorn, and the wifi is fast. I've never been bothered by a sales associate as a service customer. I've gotten many hours of work done in their waiting area. I don't believe in trading cars in until they stop running, but when I need to buy another car I will absolutely do it here.

Bought a VW Atlas

Great buy and they had lots of patience dealing with my wife all all great customer service and no rushing into deals nice and clean when it comes to car delivery

2019 Tiguan
