This dealership sold me a used car with a rebuilt title
This dealership sold me a used car with a rebuilt title without telling me. This information was clearly listed in the government title registery (NMVTIS), which the dealership failed to identify until I went to sell the car 3 years later. To make matters worse, when I called them to try to resolve the situation, the used car manager took no responsibility for his actions, continuously interrupting me, talking over me, and gaslighting me. They claimed this wasn't their fault or their problem, even though they sold a car with a rebuilt title. In the end, I was able to work through this as it was a clerical error at the DMV, but I can tell based on this situation how this sketchy dealership will treat their customers when things go wrong. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.

This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had
This is the worst dealership experience I have ever had in my life. I want to start by saying I have given the dealership over a month now to respond to texts and calls. Dejon Yarbrough initially was helpful and has now become non-responsive. I purchased my 2025 Outback Wilderness in Chicago in February and relocated here to Phoenix. I brought my car in for the first 6,000 scheduled maintenance. My car was returned to me with oil or some foreign substance all over the fender, front grill, my car smelling like gas inside, tire pressure was all over the place on all 4 tires, OIL ON MY SEATS, and when I parked at Costco 8 minutes later it was spewing smoke from the front. I took video and pictures and sent it to Dejon. He said to come back so I did the following Monday, service had closed by the time I left Costco. HE PROMISED THEY WOULD DETAIL THE OUTSIDE OF MY CAR, DETAIL THE INSIDE OF THE CAR TO GET THE OIL OFF THE SEATS, AND REDO SERVICE.. It was supposed to take 1 day and they gave me a rental car. That 1 day on a Wednesday turned into thursday and friday too. The oil change turned into them having to replace my entire front grill because of how badly my grill was burnt from the liquid the tech spilled all over and didn't clean up. I got my car back Friday late afternoon, no one called to let me know it was ready, I had to call and check, I sat down and the tire pressure was well below the recommended psi on the door and Dejon said he set it to 30 psi. I was so mad I just wanted to leave. How do you have a car for 3 days and still get it wrong? WELLLLL THAT WAS JUST THE BEGINNING!!!!! I started driving away and on the highway I heard a loud knocking. Somehow now my sunroof rubber was flopping around and hitting the roof!!!!!!!!! I have video of this and I immediately sent this to Dejon. NO RESPONSE. I parked my car on the side of the road LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AFTER LEAVING. THEY DID NOT DETAIL THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR!!!!!!!! There was still oil all over the seat from a week before that the technician left on it, there was dirt and garbage on the floor, NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT DETAIL IT BUT NOW THERE WERE THREE SCRATCHES TO THE PAINT ON MY BRAND NEW 2025 CAR!!!!!!!!! I sent Dejon a text, the way we had been talking the entire time, and he did not respond. I called and left a message, no response. I HAVE TEXTED HIM 6 TIMES AND THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE ON HOW TO FIX MY VEHICLE. I WENT IN TO FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND I LOST 2 DAYS OF WORK, I HAD TO PAY $250 FOR DETAILING, I HAVE SCRATCHES ON MY BRAND NEW CAR, AND CAMELBACK SUBARU IS NOT EVEN RESPONDING! Disgusting dealership and horrific way of doing business. NEVER again and I will tell my story to everyone. Reporting to BBB and letting every outlet know not to do business with this dispicable dealership.

Easy to get an appointment.
Easy to get an appointment. The agent knew why I was as there at checkin and communicated all the way thru. I hasn’t mentioned it was time for a maintenance visit, but they offered to get that done while I was there. Very helpful. Also cleaned the car before I left.
