Like always great from start to end. Always very helpful, the staff always smiling.. I own a jeep 2nd jeep I bought from outten, very pleased with them both. Service is usually quick to get my car back to me. As you know duck's go with jeeps now, I was ducked by one of the service people, very happy moment for me, I gave him a hug. Great dealership!!! 10

We purchased vehicles from Outten for decades, but NEVER AGAIN! We had an incident with the fuel system on our diesel truck. We had the truck towed to Outten. They said that it wouldn't start and would cost $11k to repair. They refused to drop the tank and try blowing it out and change the filters. They said everything needed to be replaced. They also didn't give us any paperwork that indicated what needed to be done with codes, but indicated that all 5 of the 6 fuel injectors were clogged and that the pumps need to be changed out (which ones was on recall). After calling around for second opinions, we had to towed the truck to a diesel garage. They had it running within seconds and blew out fuel system, cleaned the tank and changed the filters multiple times, charging us 10 times less than what Outten wanted. We were also informed that several other trucks were towed out of there the same week all going to other garages. In addition, when the truck was picked up, they were rude and cold. Defiantly, will NOT return!!!

Frankie and Luis were awesome!!! They made the whole experience enjoyable. No haggling, no back snd forth. Told them what I was currently paying, they gave me a lower payment!!! Will be a repeat customer and will refer my friends!!

My wife and I were not 100% sure we wanted to purchase the Jeep Cherokee, but after Bruno explained all the features and all the after sale help we would get we knew this was our vehicle.
