Ty Larson was so fun, engaging and enjoyable to meet. Buying a car is stressful but he made it more like a personal, social event. We already owned one Lexus and buying a second one at Bell Lexus was a no brainer. Ty checked on us throughout the entire process to make sure everything was good. We also did not want to buy unless we knew that Eric Willis would be our maintenance manager. The car had a window problem within the first few days and Eric got us right in to have it fixed. Every experience we have had at Bell Lexus has been fabulous!

Because of James' expertise and creativity, I have truly the TX F Sport of my dreams complete with black out details that make it even more amazing looking! It was NOT a sales experience. It was more of a fun afternoon spending time with a good friend who just happens to be a Lexus expert. Buying a new car is usually as much fun as a root canal BUT Bell Lexus and Ty Larson made it a pleasurable experience. Ty was fun to deal with, great on my test drive and expedited my purchase. Kyle "the button guy" was a huge help with all the technology and integrating my cell phone with Lexus app and my vehicle. Highly recommend these folks (did I mention the free snax and beverages while you wait?) LOVE this dealership and my new ES hybrid!
