Extremely helpful team at Arrowhead Honda

Travel for service
We live in El Paso Texas but travel to Arrowhead for sale and service because of the great customer service. Prefer Arrowhead to both dealerships in El Paso.

Dino is the best!
We brought our 2016 in for service and dove out with a new 2018 CRV. Thanks to Dino, he was able to work out a trade with our lease and get us in a new CRV. WE have never been to a dealership where a sales associate was more helpful and caring than Dino has been to us. This our 5th CRV, so that is a great testament to how we are treated by Dino. THe service department has always been great as well.

Oil Change
Had a problem with an oil change, but was resolved immediately when I returned, David showed me what happened, and told me what they were going to do to remedy the situation. David went above and beyond to ensure I was informed, clearly understood everything and what to do about the oil drip in my garage. Very pleased with the service I received.

Best buying experience in 50 years
5 Stars experience all the way. Costco indicated that Arrowhead Honda was a preferred dealer. Costco was correct. Steven Nguyen call and we scheduled an appointment to review the Honda CR-V. Steven's easy to talk to manner and his knowledge of the vehicle made us feel comfortable and informed when we left the dealership. I have been buying cars for over 50 years and this was without a doubt the most enjoyable experience to date. We will definitely recommend Costco Auto Buyers Program and Arrowhead Honda AND especially Steven Nguyen.
