Everything was great.

After weeks of trying to find the right vehicle, I expanded my search, and came across the perfect car at Bergey's. Peter Gravinese, my salesperson, was immediately responsive. Even though the dealership was 10 hours away, the experience was personal and efficient. Every individual I dealt with throughout the process was helpful & professional. They handled every concern, helped facilitate shipping the car, and My Lincoln Corsair was delivered to me immaculately cleaned and ready for me. I couldn't be happier with my remote purchase experience!

I would 100% NOT recommend Bergey’s Lincoln.

I would 100% NOT recommend Bergey’s Lincoln. From our experience, they are dishonest and do not stand behind their vehicles. We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Lincoln Aviator from Bergey’s on September 26th. We initially traveled 2.5 hours each way on the 24th to see the vehicle. Upon test driving the vehicle, we noticed a vibration/shaking when driving. However, that was the only issue with the vehicle – it was perfect in every other aspect. We brought up the shakiness to the salesman and he advised that it was most likely a flat spot in the tire from the vehicle sitting on the lot for an extended period of time. We agreed that this could be the reason behind the shakiness, so we proceeded. We came to an agreement on price, etc, however, it was late on the 24th and the sale could not be finalized. Fast forward to September 26th – we drove another 2.5 hours back to the dealership to finalize paperwork, etc. We once again brought up the shakiness and asked if this was investigated and we were assured that since it was certified pre-owned, it passed a vigorous inspection and that there is no damage or defect. The salesman repeatedly told us that it was most likely a flat spot and if it turns out to be anything other than that, that it would be covered under the warranty. We finalized everything and headed home. A week later, we noticed that the shakiness had not gone away, so on October 4th, we called to make an appointment with our local Lincoln dealership to get it checked out. They were booked up for weeks and I was finally able to get the vehicle in on November 4th. Upon inspection of the vehicle, the dealership discovered that the cause of the shaking is a bent front wheel. The tire also has a huge gash in it and the cords are showing. The dealership stated that they are not sure how this vehicle was Certified and that it would not even pass a PA State Inspection at this time. The estimate to fix these damages is $3,500 and would NOT be covered under the warranty. We ended up taking it to another mechanic for a second opinion only to learn that the other front wheel is also bent. This shop stated that there are no other issues with the vehicle and the shaking we felt when we test drove it was the result of the wheels being bent. As you can imagine, we were not thrilled to know that the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle we purchased had this extent of damage. We reached out to Bergey’s and we were blown off and told that they would not be responsible or cover any of the damages even though they know they sold this vehicle to us in this condition. I highly recommend you shop for your Lincoln elsewhere!

Charles Smith was excellent to work with.My wife and I had never experienced so much honesty and smooth sailing as we purchased our first Lincoln Nautilis at Bergeys lincoln. We drove about 1hr 30 minutes to reach the dealership and upon our arrival we received first class treatment. Charles is an awesome sales Rep. My wife and I were blessed to meet a salesman with integrity patience and hospitality. Thank you Charles and Bergey Lincoln for a great experience and a beautiful car.

Pete did a great job delivering on what I asked for.

Pete did a great job delivering on what I asked for. Very accommodating to the mobile mechanic who inspected the car. Ben in finance came in with a rate better than my outside financing, and the paperwork was a breeze. Totally worth driving a fair distance to buy my car through Bergey’s, and they had a great inventory of cars to pick from. (2 Ford Mustang GT 350s on the lot!)

Buying experience

Very easy to talk to them they listen to you, communication is excellent, no rush, they want to make sure you?re always happy, overall is an amazing place to buy a car. And my salesman David Bingham was just on top of everything and Mede sure a was a happy customer. This is my second vehicle I purchase here!
