I had an amazing experience from the very start.
I had an amazing experience from the very start. I live over an hour away. I started locally shopping to trade in a hyundai lease. I wasn't happy with the trade in process with a few dealerships near to where I live. I started calling multiple Hyundai dealerships on a specific Hyundai Tucson that I wanted. I eventually called Conicelli Hyundai and was speaking with Glenn (GM) right away. He was informative, honest, and encouraging when talking over the phone. In my heart, it felt right to make the trip over an hour to check out the vehicle with Glenn. We came up with the right figures for my trade in with the market. It really helped me make a better decision to choose the best financing/leasing terms. Tim (sales) was very helpful on getting the vehicle prepped up and ready for me. He helped with understanding how the vehicle operates and showed me full functions/features of the vehicle. He made sure the bluelink was set up and connected to the vehicle so that I can utilize the mobile app without issues. They also have an insurance broker that could help price shop multiple auto insurance rates to help save more on your rates. This really helped me decide on exploring auto insurance rates so that I can purchase the vehicle within total budget. It's not always just the financing terms that's a decision maker so having other options to help with monthly savings is so helpful in the sales process. During the paperwork process, Harry, was straight to the point and delivered detailed information when signing everything to be finalized. I appreciate accurate and detailed information without dragging time. Understanding the protection plans helps with the auto investment. Ray (sales manager) reached out the following day to make sure I made it home safely and that I was enjoying the vehicle. He wanted to make sure I was 100% happy and to answer any other questions that I may have missed out on. I had the best Hyundai experience from this location!!! I'm looking forward to upgrading in the future with this team. Thank you for your commitment and service to Hyundai. Sales isn't the easiest process but your compassion and knowledge really attracts buyers! :)

I recently got a new car and this was probably the best car buying experience I have had. I worked with Abraham and he was great. There was no pressure and he answered all of my questions. My mom actually got a car also and everything was once again excellent. I would definitely recommend Conicelli Hyundai and make sure you ask for Abraham!

List sold cars online
They list cars online that are already pre-sold. So when you go in to look at those cars, so not only may they not have that particular car available, but may not even have any comparable cars.

Worst salesmen ever!
Worst salesmen ever! Very unprofessional, talking down to women, trying to sell females extras they said they don't want. They were very racist there and I was sexually harrassed. I will tell everyone NOT to go there. Wrost experience ever! They lost all my paper work and I waiting way too long. These salesmen are very rude.

Worst dealership ever! I would never go there again! Wait time was unbearable! Salesmen were very rude! Yusef lost all our paperwork and was very unprofessional!

Worst service ever!
Worst service ever! I would never recommend this place! The sales people are the rudest, lying, cheating, salesmen who sexually harrass women and are racist! They take advantage of the elderly and women by trying to up the prices for their own commission. NEVER AGAIN!
