Murilo is very efficient. He communicated with me over the phone first. We agreed on a black and white car purchase price. Then I went in and closed the deal. All the paperworks were done electronically. The entire purchase process is seamless (completed in about one hour). After the car delivery, he called to check if I am happy with the car. I recently just purchase my first new car ever from Hendrick Honda. I got a 2020 Honda Civic and it is everything i hoped for plus the process I went through was not only smooth but also educational. They helped me out in so many ways other than just getting me the type of car I wanted. I am from Ohio and have Ohio plates/DL and wanted to keep them in Ohio. They did it with no problem at all and even gave me what I wanted for my trade in. Cristhian Jimmenez was my sales consultant and I would recommend him for you next purchase as well. He is a great guy that just did not see me as a sale but as a human being. During the time we had to wait things to process we talked about many different topics of our lives. Ranging from the covid to personal things that we have gone through. Ronnie was the person who helped me finance my car and he was also a great help. He made sure that I understood what all my options were on every step of the way. He even made sure that all the paperwork will be okay since I am doing it for Ohio but down in Florida. I honestly felt in control during the whole transaction and never confused throughout it. Both Cristhian and Ronnie made sure when I drove my new car out that I understood all the things I needed to know. Cristhian even helped me set up my car settings so that my first-time driving would not be confusing or hectic.
