1. They snuck in a $995 "upholstery cleaning" insurance
1. They snuck in a $995 "upholstery cleaning" insurance charge, which they gave me no option of removing. 2. I noticed when i got home. the passenger side front wheel well cover was was broken and mangled and hanging on the fender on my "certified vehicle". They missed this? When I let them know they said they will replace it. 3. The salesperson treated like my time was nothing. He was actually waiting on another customer while working with me. There were long periods of time in our dealings while I just waited while he worked with this other person. Other salespeople were available.

The overall dealership experience was positive.
The overall dealership experience was positive. I do believe I got a great deal on the new truck I purchased but I do have comments about the used car trade in offer process. Before coming in I utilized the trade value tool on the del Toyota website which provided me an initial estimate I was Happy with and understood was based on the car being what I described. I was confident that I accurately described the condition of my car and that as long as no issues were discovered during the appraisal in person the estimated offer provided to me using the del Toyota trade offer tool is what I expected (31372).I was disappointed to find out that the trade offer presented to me was not realistic at all since the used sales car manager said the highest they could even offer was 30400. this is regardless of the car’s conditions. I realized that the offer provided to me online didn’t matter. I felt as if the number offered online by del Toyota is really provided to entice customers to come in and the dealership has no intention of possibly giving the offer online regardless of the condition. This seems like a very untruthful tactic and am quite disappointed. I expressed my concerns to the sales men and financial manager and was told that the Kelley blue book tool linked to the del Toyota website is never accurate and than another auction tool is what is used to appraise the car. If this is the case del Toyota should remove this tool from their website rather than allowing customers to utilize it only to get them into the dealership with the hopes of receiving that offer.
