Stay away!

Stay away! Do not buy a car here! Do not service your car here. When I first bought a Honda Civic from this dealership I was told CPO, as it was labeled as such on the lot, after I bought the car they switched the paperwork to sold "as is". When I bought the car I was concerned there was a delay starting the car and I was worried it was the battery, at the time service was closed, but the sales manager stated if I bring the car back tomorrow, they will test and replace no charge if need be. I brought the car back they stated they checked the battery and it was fine, I was on the side of the road not to long after with a dead battery. Later when getting the vehicle serviced, they tried to up sell me on batteries saying I needed a new one, when I had more life on my battery than when they told me it was fine after the purchase. I bought 4 new tires from service, I was told I had 2 year road hazard warranty, and if I caught any debris on the road it would be covered at no cost. Got a staple in my tire 9 months later, and the claim was denied because I drive to much. Reedman toll are crooks, liars, and frauds. Hondas are great though, if heard good things about nearby Piazza Honda and Scott Honda.

Pleasant car buying experience

Purchased 3 cars from Albert from this dealership. Albert is great to work with, knowledgeable and made the car buying process easier that some other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. I would not hesitate to go back there. Ask for Albert Nadeau.

Got us back on the road and home safely!

Our Pilot died on the turnpike near West Chester/Downington on our way home from Atlantic City to Pittsburgh. Not knowing what to do, I called the closest Honda dealer, Reedman Toll. I spoke with Chris and being that it was about lunchtime, wasn't sure if he could even take a look at it. We had it towed there and not only were they able to take a look at it, they installed a new alternator and discovered that our timing belt was about to go any minute and Chris and the mechanics were generous enough to stay a little late and were able to replace that too! We were able to get back on the road and make it home the same day! I can't say enough good things about Chris and the mechanics that helped out out of a bind!! If I lived in the area, I would service my vehicle there all the time. Fantastic customer service, please give that guy a raise! Thank you again!

Poor Customer relations to Handicapped Senior

Took my car in for service today, I have been a customer since 2003, when dealership under different name, the service rep did a good job up to the time I went to pay the bill, I was told that because I did not ask for the Senior discount when service request was written up I could not get it unless I walked out to find the the rep and he changed the record adding the discount. I am obviously handicapped and told the cashier that I could not walk that far, and was told sorry that's our policy. I am now out close to $40 unnecessary dollars on top of the nearly $400.00 charges for routine service. I will never go back and will tell all my friends and neighbors not to use this dealership and will start taking my car to a local mechanic to be serviced.

They lied to get me to come in

Not a trust worthy establishment. Visited this place yesterday to test drive a 22 CRV I found online. The car had a price online and it had a button that said click to see if there is a daily special for this car. I clicked and had to put in my info and received a call from Clifton. He explained that the car was not eligible for a daily special and that the price listed online is the price. I go link up with Clifton, test drive, and start talking price for the car. He tells me the price is $3000+ more than what it was listed as. I ask why and he says online is the msrp and they do a markup price on the lot. Keep in mind I spoke to this man on the phone there was no mention of a markup. I was told the price listed is the price of the car. Why tell me that is the price of that isn’t the price. Faith in a respectable transaction happening is gone. Therefore so is my business 🤷🏾‍♂️.

I dealt with a great salesperson, Brian. I purchased a Honda and the process was easy and he had all the papaerwork ready. If you're looking for a car I would highly recommend calling Brian at Reedman Toll Honda in Downingtown pa

Unethical service department. Tried to charge me for...

Unethical service department. Tried to charge me for services and parts provided under warranty. I was told that "the service manager left for the day", and that I'd have to pay to get my car back. I won't ever set foot on this property after this horrendous treatment.

Total Scam

False advertisement. +$2500 and more from the advertised price. Fake overpriced add-ons on the vehicles. Rude and lying xxxxxxxx. Cars are dirty and got scratches. Stay away.
