It's always a GREAT experience dealing with Ziggy at Pacifico Ford. Ziggy and The Pacifico Ford staff made my second car purchase easy, stress free and satisfying. Ziggy worked very hard too make sure all my needs and expectations were meet. After dealing with Ziggy for the purchase of my previous vehicle the 2007 Ford Edge SEL, he knows how picky I can be. I advised him of my car note limit and that I wanted to get something similar to my first love, the 2007 Ford Edge SEL but with better gas mileage.... Which lead him to show me my NEW love, 2011 Ford Escape. I LOVE everything about my new car. Ziggy worked with me to make sure I got an affordable great car note and the BEST deal ever.... He make things happen!! I would definitely recommend him and Pacifico Ford to everyone. And I look forward to my future car purchasing because of the excellent service I receive with every visit.

Riccardo was extremely friendly. I arrived late on a Friday evening to purchase a Chevy Silverado, he stayed late and worked with me to complete the deal. Riccardo and his mananger, Joe were a pleasure to do business with and I would recommend these 2 gentlemen to anyone...thanks guys!

My husband and I feel that Mike Henkin was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in picking out our new 2011 Ford Escape. He made sure that we fully understood how to set up our phones to sync them with the car. He was quick to answer completely any questions we might ask and if he couldn't answer them he made sure he got the answer for us. As far as I'm concerned Mike went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of and given the red carpet treatment:) Thanks Mike and we will be sure and refer other people to see you for any future car purchases they might be interested in!

My experience with Pacifico Ford was easy, stress free, informative and gratifying. My sales associate Michael Henkin walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. From test driving vehicles, weighing my options on the cars I was looking at, the price range I could afford, the banks with the best rates available to the warranties and what each one covered an for how long they lasted. I don't think I've had anyone in all my years purchasing a car be so informed in so many aspects of buying a car & not have me go to this person or that person to find out all the info I needed to make the purchase. I came into the dealership in the morning, and by dinner time I picked the car I wanted, at the price I could afford, with a GREAT rate from a bank, and left a very very happy person. Mike never made me feel as though he was taking for a ride. He was very straight forward & honest with me (good or bad) and that made my experience AWESOME! Everything went well with the sale. Rocky was very friendly and helpful in getting the deal done. The reason I put OK for the price was I put in about 8 hours down at the dealership over 3 days, and still wasn't able to get to my price. The price of the car was alright, but I was hoping my monthly payment would be about $20 cheaper, and we couldn't get there on a lease, finance, or anything. Anyway... Thanks, Rocky. Overall I love the car.

It was a great experience dealing with Rocky! This is my first car shopping experience, and I am really glad that I got Rocky to talk to when I walked in the dealership. Rocky is super professional and personable. I have been a customer of Mr. Gary Holmes for a number of years and he has always been very accommodating to my family and I. My Dad purchased a Crown Victoria before he passed and he left it to me until th transmission died. Mr. Holmes is a very personable and always tries to solve any problem that I may hve with my car.
