Ambers customer service is non existent.
Ambers customer service is non existent. I purchased a vehicle from Pacifico Hyundai while out of town. She told me she would contact me the next day about the titling and plates since it needed to go through my home state. I never once received a call. I waited a couple weeks to give her time and then I began calling her. For three weeks straight after hat, I called every day. I left multiple messages and never once received a call back. She never once answered a call either. Finally, I got a manger involved and he was able to handle the situation and provide me with the information I needed. I can understand having a busy workload and I attempted to be understanding of that, but 5 weeks and not one return call!!? Completely unacceptable.

Made an appointment to see a car on a weekend. Received message from sales manager that the car is sold when I was 55 min into the drive. Wasted 2 hours of my drive time, gas, tolls. One would think a "big name" dealership ship with a longtime presence would have the courtesy to hold a vehicle when an appointment is made. Thumbs down to pacifico
