I recently had my GMC Acadia in for service for routine maintenance and a concern with the rear heat. I was immediately offered a courtesy vehicle so I didn't have to sit and wait for the service to be completed. I received a call that the issue with heat required a part that they wouldn't have until following day. The next day, my car was ready and freshly washed!!
