Friendly, helpful personnel; efficient facility
I needed to make a last minute appointment for which I was readily accommodated. The personnel went out of their way to help me in any way possible, from providing transportation to and from the dealership to assisting with applying for eligible rebates. Once my vehicle was returned and I was driving it again, I noticed many positive changes (improvements) in the ride of the vehicle. This was a very positive experience, as all our encounters with this dealership have been.

Prompt and courteous treatment
Took my car in for just the routine oil change, etc. Addressed as soon as I walked in, written up and ready to go. I am treated this way regardless of the reason for being there.
