GREAT SERVICE
Great experience. Sales rep was top knotch. He knew everything about the car I purchased and went above and beyond for me. It was my first time buying a car and the experience really made it for me. I was close to buying a Toyota and the staff at Honda had a huge influence on my purchase. I rank mainline Honda 11/10!

Terrible experience: quote for new car misleading
On May 26, 2018, we requested an e-mail quote for a 2018 CR-V EX, which was provided at $26,588. We then visited Martin Honda that morning. Upon arriving, we were told by Lucy that we need to provide a driver’s license — just to see a car (we had not asked for a test drive)! Upon being re-assigned to another salesperson (David), we saw the car, then were provided a quote of $27,588 — a full $1000 more than the original quote. We were told that $27,588 was the “best that they could do.” When we asked the reason for the price disparity of $1000, we were told that the e-mail quote contained two incentives that did not apply to us, specifically the military and recent grad $500 discounts. When we asked to see where in the original quote this was stated, our salesperson could not show us where this information was contained. He made a statement to the effect that other dealerships were doing this, and so were they. The whole experience could not be less enjoyable. BEWARE to anyone who uses the internet quote process before visiting this dealer, as this seemed like a classic bait-and-switch tactic at best. At worst, the internet quote is a completely incomplete misrepresentation.

Car Shopping
Julie was very professional and made the transaction very simple. It was the easiest car transaction I ever had. I would recommend my family and friends to use her if they were going to buy a Honda. The only negative I had was when I was leaving the dealership and was parked in the lot . I was being showed how to use the option a Mr Jones in a very rude manner knocked on the windshield and said move the car. . He seemed very angry.
