I paid via certified check for a 2023 MIN Cooper SE but
I paid via certified check for a 2023 MIN Cooper SE but was given an incorrect amount when I called from my bank. At the dealership, I was talked into buying a $1,600 tires/rims protection plan that turned out to be highly small-print restrictive, w/lots of hoops to jump through for reimbursement. Patriot dragged its feet on getting me my refund checks, couldn't tell me when to expect title to the car, & otherwise refused to help offset the cost of a 2nd key (the MINI should've come w/2). Ultimately, I'm glad I bought my MINI but wish it had been from a dealer that cares about you after the sale. Patriot obviously felt I wasn't worth their time: I hadn't bought a GM product, wouldn't be returning to them for service & canceled the Allstate tires/rims plan they talked me into. It's also clear why they want to discuss everything by phone (even when a sales mgr. left messages he wouldn't go into detail): they don't want a record of anything they've said. I made a habit of recording every call with them: you may want to do the same. I urge any out-of-state or first-time dealership customers to be extremely cautious: check all calculations yourself, ask for updated documents in writing, & don’t assume you’ll get follow-up after the sale. If you're buying a used EV from Patriot (or anywhere else) know that you have the option to make the dealer apply the $4K IRS Credit (at least until September 2025) against the price of the car you're buying. I may not have been a high-dollar buyer, but I did pay in full, in good faith, and expected better. Patriot Chevrolet of Warminster just doesn't care enough about buyers like me.

My vehicle had a seatbelt anchor cable break.
My vehicle had a seatbelt anchor cable break. There is Technical News Bulletin about this issue. I brought my car in, asked for an oil, transmission fluid, and differential fluid change. They replaced the seatbelt anchor but did not reassemble my seat correctly so it would tilt back while driving. They did not give an oil change with no reasons as to why. I went back for them to correct my seat, then a week later, my differential now has a clunk it didn't previously have. I have the diff fluid inspected and its full of metal! I bring the car back to this dealer service center. They tell me there is a Technical News Bulletin for my differential, but they don't perform the process because they don't feel it will resolve my problem. It may not resolve the problem, but clearing the metal out of the diff could provide some extra life! Also considering they JUST did a diff fluid change and there wasn't any metal then! They expect me to pay for labor for them to pull the diff. and possibly repair it. I said I wasn't charged for the seatbelt. I was told the seatbelt was due to safety. I said a differential failing while driving is also a safety concern. I was told anything can be related to safety and they won't work on it unless they charge me. I asked for the price of a new differential. I was told $2,700.00 not including labor. I asked why? I can buy a brand new one for $1,500.00 from a dealer right now, and I showed a receipt from a company in West Chester PA. Why am I being up charged? Then magically he was able to adjust numbers and offer it at $1,700.00. He also admitted to them changing the differential fluid incorrectly, vacuuming it out rather than draining through the drain plug to inspect for particulates like metal. So they can't say my car was damaged when I brought it to them and I can't 100% say they damaged my differential, but I didn't have any problems till they touched it! Needless to say, I will NEVER bring a vehicle to this place again. I was polite, I tried to work with them, and in the end, they tried to extort me. And I'm still going to be out $3k replacing my differential which I am convinced they caused! Its a daily driver with an immaculate service history and even everyone in the dealer was impressed by how nice my car looks. I highly recommend anyone that cares about their vehicle, to avoid this place.

Ryan was attentive to my questions, ran a CarMax survey to verify my service history in evaluating future service needs, and performed professionally. It did take awhile for a simple oil change and tire repair, but I was satisfied with the services performed.

Friendly staff that keep you well informed about the service your vehicle requires. They take a video of your vehicle explaining the condition of your vehicle and what was the cause of my problem with my truck, which was a recall. Service writer Ryan was a great help and got the repairs completed very quickly.

I bought a truck from out of state from this dealer. My sales person Youssef, was excellent. He answered all my questions and when I asked him for some pictures he send them and went over and above to send videos. They were extremely helpful in making my decision in buying this vehicle. Took both of my cars in for service and was updated frequently and was able to leave with the first car being completed in under 90mins and picked up the 2nd by the end of the day. Great service all around.
