Fred Beans Chevrolet of Doylestown

We had a very good experience with Fred Beans Chevrolet. Allen was able to answer any and all questions we had on the used conversion van that we ended up purchasing. We were not pressured into the sale. We did experience a couple issues with the van, on the drive home. Working with Allen and Jeff, we were able to bring the van back to them and they repaired the faults. I am very pleased with the service we received. The service technician did a lot of work to isolate and resolve the faults. We are very satisfied with the overall experience.

They charge double the price!! First let me start with I have been a Chevy loyal customer since 2004. But Fred Bean Chevy Auto repair has made me never want to buy another Chevy again. They tried to charge me over double the price of everyother tire repair place. For the same exact tires. Actually the tires from Costco were better and cheaper with a better warranty which was as included. This is a how Fred Bean treats its customers by cheating hard working people out of money. When they need an immediate repairs for the safety of there family. Do not take your car or truck there unless you want to pay over double the price. Sincerely Jennifer Angel

As my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, it went very smoothly. The whole process only took about and hour. Pam helped me out a lot with picking out a car and making sure I was getting the most for my money. Charles was very helpful when filling out the paperwork and offering extended warranties and such. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Jacq was a pleasure to work with, she is extremely knowledgeable about the products and was very patient during our search for the perfect vehicle. The car was prepped and ready for delivery when we arrived, as was all the necessary paperwork. Charles was also helpful explaining our financing options and was quick and helpful taking us thru this process.

Went to look to purchase a used car and found one right away thanks to the help of Allen and Larry. Purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze at a great price. They helped me find a car within my price range, great mileage, MPG & overall look of the car. The process was simple and easily taken care of. Charles was a large help with working on getting the payment plan set up and speaking about the warranty. Overall, everyone was a great help from the cashier to the general manager. I never felt that I was being swayed in a direction I didn't want to go and everyone was very up front and honest with what they were telling me. This is the sixth car I have purchased from Fred Beans and I have been totally satisfied with both the cars and the service I received. The sales people were both helpful and informed. For my recent purchase both Mark Donohue and Jacq Stanton created a friendly and instructive atmosphere. The entire process went very smoothly. I will definitely continue to use this dealer.

I stopped in unannounced late one evening and asked for a test drive. The staff was very accommodating. I visited other competitors but returned a days later and bought the Colorado I had test driven. The process was quick and painless. The staff was very friendly and I was very happy with the result. I'd do it again without hesitation.

Pam(sales) and Charles(finance) were marvelously kind and helpful from the moment we walked in the doors. Though we overlooked something with our insurance, they were able to help us along in getting everything sorted out with our agent and send us on our way. Was very pleasant meeting them and will certainly be keeping them in mind should we have to make another purchase in the future.

Went to Fred Bean to look at a 2013 Suburban LTZ. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful, negotiating the deal with a trade in was no hassle and financing went very smooth with a great rate. We were in and out in a short while and left happy as can be. Thanks for everything and we will be back for the included scheduled maintenance and inspections.
