Coccia Ford Lincoln

This was my second new vehicle purchase at Coccia this time I chose a Lincoln Aviator. I was happy with the trade value they gave me for my trade-in that enabled me to proceed with my most recent purchase. The sales representative Lori Thomas is a dream to deal with. From the first contact seeking information about the vehicle model I was interested in her professional, pleasant and friendly demeanor caught my attention. Enough so that after our initial conversation I made it a point to seek her to be the dealer contact for my perspective purchase. She accommodated my need for having an appropriate seat due to some chronic pain that I live with to do business and being understanding to some other out of the usual routine accommodations necessary due to my disability to make me comfortable to engage in closing this deal. That made me want to place an order for the vehicle I sought. She did a great job all the way up to and through the delivery :)

I am proud to say that I am a repeat customer of Coccia Ford. I will admit that I was very hesitant about shopping for a used vehicle at a dealership as past experiences have not been good. 6 years ago I was in the market for a new pick-up and I looked at other locations before looking at Coccia Ford. I finally decided to stop at Coccia Ford and am very glad I did. The service 6 years ago was absolutely wonderful. My sales person was John Kuna. John was very welcoming, answered any question me and my wife had, very upfront with us. Never once did he try to push us into a direction we didn't want to go. I left Coccia Ford with a used 2010 Ford F-150 and still drive that vehicle today, that should tell you that your going to get a quality vehicle there. So it was time now to upgrade my wife's vehicle and there was no question on where I was going to go and who I was going to deal with. I called John up and told him what we were looking for and with the same great service we received the first time he sold us our second used vehicle from Coccia Ford. The entire team at Coccia Ford are great people to deal with from sales to service. Not one of them at any time were not willing to help or answer a question. What other dealership are you going to get this type of service from? If your in the market for a new or used vehicle then go to Coccia Ford.
