Buenas tardes y Happyy New Year. Como siempre intente comunicarme con ustedes, a ese numero y a los demas, y me ponen instantes en hold y luego que deje un mensaje de voz. Intento comunicar con el Manager y me dicen que esta de vacaciones. Cual es la solucion entonces? Soy cliente de ustedes desde el 2017. Y no es la unica vez que pasa esta situacion.
Volvi a intentar y me dicen que ese telefono tiene problemas y quen contesta es la Cajera de Servicio, que no conoce a nadie que pueda responderme y me dice que tambien los telefonos tienen problemas. Please puede decirme quien es el que desea comunicarse conmigo. Yo estoy dispuesta y ustedes? Gracias x contestar

I’ve been taking our vehicles for service to this dealer since 2012. Always quick service if on weekdays, wouldn’t recommend on weekends, bc it’s too busy. Service advisor Rosa is always ready to explain what vehicle needs according to milage and inspection. Courteous service from Rosa.

Service Staff in Kendall Toyota are very kind & respectfully even though it is far away from us we still love to go to Kendall. Doral Toyota is closer to us but staff are so rude.
