I had been driving a Lexus RX 330 for the last ten years. It was a 2005 and still looked and drove great. I had limited service on it but decided that because it had 167k miles on it, it was time to get a newer one. I never even considered any other vehicle but Lexus. I searched online and found exactly the champagne color I wanted. I walked into the dealership with my girlfriend and met Anthony. He was personable and knowledgeable. We test drove my L certified 2015 and I loved it. I tried to negotiate the price but he would not budge. The next week, I received an alert that the price on that car was reduced. I went back in, drove it again and wanted to think about it. Then I got busy with work and when Anthony called me to follow up, I told him I was staging a home and asked if he could deliver it. He did, brought all the paperwork and delivered to a home in Coconut Creek that I was selling. He explained the features of the car and switched my plate and I was good to go.

This is my second experience with JM Lexus. My wife and I have been dealing with car dealers since 1953 when we bought our first car, and now 65 years later we have leased our second car with JM Lexus. The facility is excellent, comfortable and easy to get around. Your staff is helpful and does not jump at you when you walk through the door. But to get to the real point.Tim Spellman is n excellent "CONSULTANT'' In the almost three years since we first leased a car and that was with your dealership, Tim Spellman has been calling us frequently during that period asking if there is any thing we need and what can he do for us. By the time we completed our contract on July 1 I think we had seen or talked on the phone to Tim about 7 or 8 times. He is the kind of salesman I have dreamt about for 65 years. He is gentlemanly, prompt, complete in his answers, never ever feel intimidated. Let's put it this way. You have an outstanding sales person in Tim and that is coming from a man who has been through dozens of sales people. This was the most comfortable car deal I have ever made. You should be proud of Tim Spellman. He has integrity and is trustworthy to the core.
