Kevin Grablick sold us our 2024 black label Aviator.

Kevin Grablick sold us our 2024 black label Aviator. He did a great job, taking care of all of our needs and finding what we were looking for He took extra time explaining all the computerized screen in the car Which is very helpful. Also, he took our weather mats from our old car and washed them before putting them into our new car which was above and beyond what we would’ve expected. It was a pleasure meeting Kevin and having him sell us our dream car. Thank you, Kevin

We bought our second Lincoln from Haldeman and we were thrilled to have Bill Bailey help us again. Best car salesman ever! He is so knowledgeable about all cars and trucks! We felt no pressure and had a great experience. Jamie Miller was very helpful and straightforward with the financing. We are satisfied with the process and our new Lincoln!

Brought 2018 Navigator in for oil change and engine

Brought 2018 Navigator in for oil change and engine misfire. Now I'm sitting on side of the road a day later with smoke coming from my tailpipe and engine stalking. I have an extended warranty they have no loaner for me. They also charged me $100 for warranty services that I was never told about when I bought the warranty. Even 1 star is too much. I also have condensation in my trunk lens they said isn't covered and want $1450 + tax to fix. I bought the car in July.

I had an other great buying experience with Bill Bailey and the professionals at Haldeman Lincoln. In fact, this is the 4th vehicle I've leased with the dealership and how often can you say you get to work with the same sales professional every time. Bill and the Haldeman team are extremely knowledgeable about the market, new features, and always have a customer first mentality!

I haven't had a car buying this pleasant since my first one way back in 1972. The entire dealership was very friendly and engaging. My wife and I were genuinely surprised. Most dealerships we had been to in search of a new car for her either seemed so money-hungry we quickly left, or were so ignorant on their own product line it wasn't worth the time to talk to them. These folks know their products, more importantly they are focused on your needs, not theirs. We were fortunate to encounter a sales person, Bill B. who was a mechanic! How often does that happen? Not once did I hear "We want to EARN your business." All I heard was what the car did, its features and benefits and what to expect. The financing and paperwork were simple. No running back and forth 17 times to 'get approval'--a tactic I deplore that is used to keep you at a place. If you are looking for ANY vehicle, stop here first and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. Ask for Bill B. The mechanic--he will fix you up!

Professionalism starts with who you work with and how they support you in your decision making. Bill Bailey and Haldeman Ford did just that successfully! The dealership will walk you through finding the best vehicle for you, gives you a great price on your trade and gets you in with financing and out to review your car very quickly. Hats off to Bill Bailey as he is knowledgeable and one of the best car advisors I have ever worked with ( and I buy a lot of cars)! Thank you Bill and Haldeman on a job well done!
