I am so pleased to have had Nick serve as my Sales Specialist. He was patient and attentive; knowledgeable and personable. Nick made me feel as though his whole purpose was to provide me with the car that I wanted, not what he wanted to get me to buy. I have had terrible experiences in the past at other dealerships where the salesmen just tried to sell me the car HE wanted and largely ignored what I asked for. Not so here. A five star review does not do this dealership justice! I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I am for having the salesperson I had. Fernando was great. He is personable, and just “gets it”. I ran into an issue while there and needless to say Fernando did everything to keep me calm and help me through the process. Dealing with him was like dealing with a friend.Not only did I leave with the car I had my heart set on, Everyone in this dealership was friendly and attentive. As I waited I had a few different associates ask to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. I had a wonderful first time buyer experience, THANK YOU!
