This is a new vehicle. At the time of purchase, the second key was missing. I was promised a replacement key. After severel moths and mutiple follow ups with multiple employees, no replacement key was ever provided. The car was not starting. I requested to bring the car in after jump starting it, but could not get an appointment. Finally the car required towing as it could no longer be jump started. Both primary and secondary batteries were dead. The vehicle was not assessed for 4 days and the battery not replaced for over one week. Multiple calls to the dealership went unanswered, as in nobody picking the phone up! When speaking to someone, youa re promised a call back that never happens. When I finally picked up the car yesterday, I requested to speak with the general manager who had already left for the day. Spoke to the sales manager. Her answer was unsetteling:" We sell the cars, we don't make them." I arranged for the vehicle to be towed to the dealership thru Jeep roadside assistance. I ended up having to pay for the towing. The battery replacement was done under warranty, but they refused to reimburse me for the cost of getting the undrivable vehicle into their shop for warranty work. We are now 24 hours later and have not yet received a call back from the general manager as I requested. Don't know if this is the way Jeep treats it customers or is it only this dealership. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

I leased a 2025 jeep wrangler with 2,900 miles on 3/17/25. When I left the dealership I noticed that the brakes made a sound and did not feel right. I called my salesperson, Henry, and explained the situation to him. The following week, on 3/28/25, I bought the car to the service department and spoke with Stacy Ann Bonner. Ms. Bonner drove my car and stated that the rotor needed to be changed. Ms. Bonner stated that she would text me to let me know when to bring the car in. She also gave me a number where I could reach her. I have called the number several times and nobody picks up. I've left messages and nobody has responded. I've called the service department and nobody picks up. I've called the sales department where they actually pick up. I spoke with Fred who would not transfer me to a manager. I spoke with Briana who took a message. I have not yet heard anything from Ms. Bonner or anyone at the jeep dealership. I am a repeat customer and I had the same experience when I had my last jeep. The customer service is the worse, absolutely horrendous!

I had consist trouble with the radio head unit in my wrangler and this dealership worked tirelessly to resolve them for me, as well as giving me a complimentary oil change, car wash, interior clean, and loaner. My service advisor was amazing, going above and beyond for me, and communicated so well and kept me informed every step of the way!
