Best car buying experience ever
We have had many car buying experiences and this was, by far, the best ever. We immediately felt very comfortable with Dan Pressman. He listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions, showed us the new Pilots. Then he went to work and got us a great deal. Dan is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Best of all, we did not feel pressured. We also met the sales manager, Jason, who was good to work with as well. Love our new Pilot

Never Again
My name is Starr Young we have bought 2008 Honda Odyssey From Lehigh Valley Honda . The next day after buying the car the tires where flat come to find out they where plugged to no tomorrow. I replaced them and never complained it happens. Next month the alternator and battery goes i replaced it never complained it happens. 7 months later after buying the car we took a vacation down to fl the car breaks down. Now we are stuck. I take the car to Honda and tell them there is a knocking noise coming from the motor , a humming noise as well and check engine light comes on as well. I called up Lehigh Valley Honda cause this is where i draw the line. They told me there is nothing they can do for me its past the 30 days i bought the car the way it is. (15,000.00) car mind you . My person of contact was jayson (manager). I explained to him what happened and he would call me back . He called me back and told me there is nothing he can do cause i didnt have no service records since we bought the car with honda. I said i get my oil changes at Goodyear i can provide documents to prove as well. He said there is nothing he could do. I said let me get this straight i have 4 years on this loan left with a broke car in jacksonville fl with my family and i cant get no help at all. He said customer is reasonable for maintenance, i said this isnt maintenance this is catastrophic failure. I asked him why dont you tell me the same while i go to by a car as what your telling me now, He said " All we do here is sell IF"s we don't sell promises:" He asked me if i was done cause he had more cars to sell and then hung the phone up on me . Really this is the way you treat "the Honda Family" i am stranded with my kids and this is how you guys treat me and my kids i was asking for some help in my situation and this is how i get done dirty I would never buy a car from you guys again never

Hello and thank you for taking the time to write your review. I'm sorry if you feel as though we have not lived up to our commitment with respect to the vehicle that you purchased from us back in April of 2015. You purchased a seven year old vehicle with 120,000+ miles. The vehicle was clearly marked and sold to you "as-is" meaning that there is no additional warranty, express or implied. You've driven the vehicle for almost eight months and you've never had it back to our service center for maintenance or repair. Now you are experiencing mechanical issues while the vehicle is located in another state at another dealership. We would respectfully disagree with your contention that we are some how liable to cover the cost of the repairs that are needed. While we are sympathetic to your predicament, we do take issue with you calling our sales department in search of assistance while ending with you becoming verbally abusive with our sales manager. Great buying experience
I requested a quotation for a 2016 CR-V and received an email and a follow-up call from Julie. I explained that I have received several quotations and Julie encouraged me to come in anytime to present the offers which LV Honda will price match or beat. I came in very late one night and George Gordon immediately came over to welcome me. I asked about a particular color and he said it was offsite. I was a bit hesitant because it was really late and he said it will only take a few minutes. We checked the car and he explained the features of the 2016 CR-V, and how it compares to the other years/makes/models. I showed him the quotes I received, he inspected/checked the value of my trade-in and after some quick/forth negotiations we had an agreement. By the time I signed the paperwork, the dealership should have been closed for the day but George never rushed me. The following day he facilitated the documentation, insurance, tags, transfers, etc. By noon, he called to ask what time we wanted to come in. That same day, we went home with our brand new car. Thanks to George, we had a great buying experience!
