Horrible sales and service.
Since we purchased our car we have had nothing but issues. They sold us a bad warranty that we paid for and they are refusing to cover the problems with the ford escape that we purchased. When calling you get the run around and they pass the issues to the next person no I e takes ownership Every time we have had the vehicle in for service there is always another issue that the car needs to go back for.

BUYER BEWARE
We purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer and picked it up on 3/8/22. On 3/10/22 the check engine came on. We contacted the dealership and was told 'its probably a spark plug' don't worry unless the check engine light blinks. They did not sound surprised or apologize. Said they could not get the car in until 3/21 at 7:00 am. In the interim we had the car looked at by our mechanic who stated that the spark plugs as well as the ignition coil was bad. This car was inspected 2/22. The check engine light would be triggered by both. We feel the check engine light was reset until we could drive it off the lot. Why else would the light not be on when these issues were present. They showed no concern or care so we did not feel the would handle the repairs appropriately. We tried to discuss this with our salesman who had no explanation. SOOO we had the car for LESS THAN A WEEK and had to pay $660. All they would say is that they conduct themselves with honestly and integrity ..I BEG TO DIFFER!!!!!!

Unsafe tires and missing exhaust parts
Sold me a 2016 mustang with bald front tires, This is after it had just gone through inspection at there dealership. Was also promised new floor mats. I never heard a word this is even after one of there reps called and asked if i needed anything. Also what I thought was just a performance exhaust turns out to be that the resonator was removed. They basically sold me a car with unsafe tires and with missing exhaust parts. The car never should have passed inspection. I am now going to report it to the state of Pennsylvania along with the salesmen's info as well as the inspection techs id number. Beware buying a car here, they are not forth coming and could have injured me with unsafe tires and lies.

Koch 33 nightmare
Koch 33 lost the steering column cover off of our brand new motorhome. Now they won't replace it. They ordered a part from Winnebago,which was the wrong part. The part we need is a Ford part. You would think a Ford Dealer would know that. Now they said they won't fix it. Bad business. Do not go there!

Beware
I bought a Ford Escape that only had one key that would cost $500.They took $500 off my trade for a new key to find out from service that there should not been a charge.The sales manager said he would look into it that was four weeks ago.I also got a quote from a locksmith for $200.

Service on Ford E-350 Truck ( a Thor Motorhome )
Our Ford E-350 developed an intermittent whining noise. I spoke with local mechanic about problem who advised taking vehicle to Koch 33 Ford in Easton. Did that and the problem was fixed in one day. Superb customer service. Excellent mechanics. Kudos to Tom Bisbing and Steve Myers. 1st rate business ! Thank you.

never buy a used car again
car is dangerous to drive. Sways when putting brakes on. Bought for the daughter. Should have gone to another dealer. Was told had an alignment but the tire is wearing out in the back.

I've had nothing but trouble with Koch 33 Ford. I bought a jeep liberty last summer,which was a fiasco, and had many troubles with that transaction. However, I called for my 2nd complimentary oil change today, and they tell me it was over back in Aug. They say it is only good for 1 year. I don't need 3 oil changes within a year.!They say every 5,000 miles. Ok, I didn't drive 15, 000 mile with in the year. What kind of complimentary service is that? The first time I got my oil change, the tech didn't tighten the filter, and I lost oil and it sprayed all under my car. After arguing with them, that it was of no fault of my own, they finally decided to fix it and clean up my car. Also gave me a rental so I wouldn't be without my car for the day. I've had nothing but bad relations with this dealer, and I will never give them my business again. There is to much to write, so I will just leave it with my simple oil change issue.
