I purchased a used 2023 Honda Civic from this dealer.
I purchased a used 2023 Honda Civic from this dealer. I was not informed until all the sales paperwork was signed that there was only one FOB for the car. I was resigned to paying for a duplicate, but attempts by a locksmith and my local Honda dealer to make one were unsuccessful due to something interfering with access to the module that controls the FOB. Koch did offer to have their service staff try to pinpoint the problem, but after a feeble attempt, that indicated they couldn't find any issues. I returned to my Honda dealer, who after 3 hours of troubleshooting, and $600 of labor cost, discovered stereo wiring, installed by the previous owners, was interfering with the cars electrical system. This was on top of the $250 to buy a FOB and have it programed. Several attempts to have Koch reimburse me for the labor cost I incurred fell on deaf ears. Obviously, they don't stand behind their vehicles, or honor their 30 day warranty on used vehicles. Buyers beware!

Thank you Joel in sales.
Thank you Joel in sales. He gave me no pressure. He was there for me to ensure I felt comfortable with my purchases. Pulled keys with no hesitation to ensure my comfort and spec was met. I have delt with this dealership for many years and has been nothing but a class act. Yes all my dealings was with high end vehicles and price. I felt comfortable from start to finish every time weather it was sales service and or finace department. This team deserves a A++. Thank you koch33!

Professional Scam artist- Pay attention
My husband bought a car there as well 2 weeks prior to me, his car broke down with in the first week as well and he just got his back. I looked into it further and notice 90% of the people leaving reviews online about this dealer in multiple locations complain about the same thing. I believe they are committing insurance fraud by selling you a warranty on a vehicle they know has issues, I think they cleared the code or the engine light right before I took possession of this truck . I cannot prove that but it does make sense. It seems they sell cars they know have issues, then make the warranty company fix it. This is unethical. I want out of this loan and vehicle I had less then 48 hours and when I asked them they blew me off. I am tired of waiting for them to do the right thing. I need help and they need to stop scamming people. There has to be over 100 people complaining about this online with them, when will someone hold them accountable?

Horrible service
I dropped off a car for warranty work. They told me that they had the parts in stock to complete the repair. I told them that I needed the car by noon or 2 at the latest. After not getting a call from the service department I decided at 1:30 to call and ask if my car would be ready by 2. At that point the service department told me that they had to take parts off of another car to complete my warranty repair and my car wouldn’t be ready until 2:30. I went to pick it up at 2:30 and then they told me 3:00. Horrible service. I will never buy another car from Koch ford.

From BAD, to WORSE
A terrible Internet sales experience. When I contacted about Jeep, I was highly interested in. I was tossed around between a few different salespersons, to where I wasn't even sure who I was in communication with. I did have special needs financing due to health problems from Covid. After a day of going back and forth, can you produce more money, each time I agreed. I was told Congratulations, the deal is done, The Next morning I asked for a link to send in a secured deposit, for them only to tell me that they needed more, and then sold the vehicle out from under me the same day. I was going to leave it at that, and tonight, a week later, the salesperson sends me a text asking for more money down to continue the process. Continue what process. You sold the SUV, AFTER YOU TOLD ME WE HAD A DEAL. And ask for more money for a Ghost car they didn't even have. WOW. SOME NERVE!!!!! I would never buy from this dealership after this experience

Called on a 2001 subaru outback 99k miles. Carfax looked decent. Wasn't expecting a miracle but a starter car for my teenager Said its available to ask for her when I got there for the appointment. Got there and they said she just makes appointments and they assigned me a sales person. Immediately he said the car is being prepped and not ready to sell, but would bring it out. He comes out with car running and said it has an exhaust leak. ( That was obvious) popped the hood and I could see the one head gasket leaking oil. (This is normal for older Subarus). I asked if we could drive it. He said not on the street, only up and down on the lot. I said i wasn't interested and he asked if he could show me anything else. I said no and just walked away

RUN AWAY! Horrible people.
Worst dealership I have ever encountered. They were so nice and helpful until after the fact. We bought TWO cars from them. Our sales person (without us even mentioning it) says they were getting 4 new tires because they were bad AND ordered a new bumper for the car because it was cracked. Again.. I did not mention this... they told me they were doing this and they would call me to come back for the replacement bumper. They said for me to come back the next day to get the car because it was being detailed. When I went to pick up the car it was in worse shape. The arm rests were ripped off and just thrown on the backseat. There was also no sign of anyone cleaning or doing anything to the car but destroying it. I left the armrest thing go because at that moment that was the only thing wrong. I had no idea what was to come... Less than 60 days later I still have not received a call about the bumper or tires. I called and left messages but no one ever returned my call. At this same time (LESS THAN 60 DAYS) the car that my husband got from them the same day had the transmission blow.. and within the same week I needed to replace BOTH catalytic converters on my car. LESS THAN 60 DAYS!!!! & after buying TWO CARS! Spoke with the GM and he refused to do anything to help us and was unsympathetic. We asked if we could at least get the bumper and tires that we were told we were supposed to get for the one car. He said he would check on that and call back.... This was 2 months ago. Im leaving this review now because we finally got our cars completely repaired without Koch Ford. We overpaid for crappy cars (thats the market right now so that I dont blame them). But we had to dump close to $10,000 in both of these cars. You would think buying from a large dealership you wouldnt have to worry walking out with a car within such a short timeframe. You would think there would be some accountability and assistance especially since it was under 60 days. NOTHING. We even told them we needed to buy TWO MORE cars for our teens that just got their licenses. You think you would want the sale? All they had to do was make it right. Just ONE thing to fix or even calling back!. Nope, the GM and the manager of used cars sales are low live pieces of crap. These people are awful. I just hope I could save someone the xxxx by leaving a review.

Horrible sales and service.
Since we purchased our car we have had nothing but issues. They sold us a bad warranty that we paid for and they are refusing to cover the problems with the ford escape that we purchased. When calling you get the run around and they pass the issues to the next person no I e takes ownership Every time we have had the vehicle in for service there is always another issue that the car needs to go back for.

BUYER BEWARE
We purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer and picked it up on 3/8/22. On 3/10/22 the check engine came on. We contacted the dealership and was told 'its probably a spark plug' don't worry unless the check engine light blinks. They did not sound surprised or apologize. Said they could not get the car in until 3/21 at 7:00 am. In the interim we had the car looked at by our mechanic who stated that the spark plugs as well as the ignition coil was bad. This car was inspected 2/22. The check engine light would be triggered by both. We feel the check engine light was reset until we could drive it off the lot. Why else would the light not be on when these issues were present. They showed no concern or care so we did not feel the would handle the repairs appropriately. We tried to discuss this with our salesman who had no explanation. SOOO we had the car for LESS THAN A WEEK and had to pay $660. All they would say is that they conduct themselves with honestly and integrity ..I BEG TO DIFFER!!!!!!
