We stopped by to look at a 2019 Toyota Highlander. We had owned one for 12 years before trading on a new car in 2014. We really missed it. Austin asked us what color we wanted and if the interior color mattered. We picked out the one we wanted and Austin explained all the new features. Then we took a test drive and we were in love with the Highlander again. After returning to the dealership we sat with Austin and began the negotiations. We were always treated with respect. Austin is very personable and extremely knowledgeable about his products. We would recommend him without reservation.

We stopped to look at a 2004 Chevy Suburban that was on the lot. I dealt with Erica through emails and on Monday we met Andy at the lot. He showed us the Suburban.
