I purchased a 2024 volvo xc60 recharge from Schumaker in Feb 2024. I received a notice for a recall and I also needed service on my vehicle. I called over 6 times on 6 different days to talk to the representative (Steven) who handles service re recalls and never got a call back. Finally I contacted the general manager who got him to call me. I asked why I never got a call back and he said it was fixed by a software update. I asked why I wasn't told of this and he said he was busy. So I had to waste god knows how much time and energy in trying to reach him because he was to busy to call me back. If you are interested in a dealership that is responsive to customers, I highly suggest t.hat you go elsewhere.

Ritchie was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and personable. We felt welcomed the first day we met Ritchie.He was persistent without being pushy—he knew when to follow up and when to give us space. We were in conversations with a few other dealerships. We ended up going with Schumacher because of how Ritchie conducted business. We love our Volvo... thanks Ritchie!

Worst Dealership Experience Ever – Avoid Schumacher Volvo Schumacher Volvo in West Palm Beach took over a month to pay off my trade-in — and that only happened after I followed up repeatedly and was given a new excuse each time. At one point, I was even told the check had been sent when it hadn’t. The finance department is an absolute disaster. My salesperson did his best, but once the sale was complete, the communication stopped entirely. I left the lot with no paperwork at all — not even the documents for the additional coverage I purchased. When I later needed that information for a tire repair, no one at Schumacher could be reached or bothered to help. I was literally standing inside Gunther Volvo in Coconut Creek, repeatedly trying to contact someone—anyone—at Schumacher to verify my tire coverage. Gunther, in sharp contrast, was professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. It’s clear Schumacher Volvo simply doesn’t care. They knew how poorly they handled everything and never even sent the follow-up customer survey they claim to value so much. Between the dishonesty, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customers, this was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the frustration — go to another Volvo dealership. Schumacher Volvo WPB is disorganized, dismissive, and dishonest.
