I met salesman Tom McCracken in my recent vehicle purchase. He was a very down to earth gentleman. Tom was helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and even funny. Probably one of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle I have ever had.

Our salesman, Tom McCracken, was phenomenal! He was friendly and personable but not pushy. We took some time to go home and contemplate our purchase even checking with some other dealerships. Ultimately we called Tom back to order our new RAV4. Our son said, “Are we buying it from the guy who caught that huge bass?” Yes, that’s right, he even took time to make a connection with our 9 year old son, a love of fishing, LOL! Would definitely purchase from Tom again!

Tom McCracken was an excellent salesman, no pressure or stress. He worked with us to get us the best deal possible. This is our third vehicle from Fiore, and it won’t be our last.

I tried to offer them a fair price on a vehicle that even had a huge dent on the side of it and they wouldn't even have to clean it because it was a mess in the back from previous owners having kids. They said they were taking $500 off for the dent. Plus it had 88,000 miles on it'll! Lol.....they added money to the price!! They would not deal at all and said they can get more money at an auction. I would love to see that!! I will NEVER go back there!!! Stay away!!

Buying PU for grandson. To begin with would not take check from us to pay for vehicle. Tom Insisted that we finance with Toyota and then could pay off when get first payment. Got payment and found out that we did not get the rebate. Cost us $1700 more than we were told. DID not tell us that if financed could not get rebate UNTILl after leaving numerous messages and then telling operator that I was not leaving another message. I wanted to talkto someone.
