Disappointing Experience at Ed Morse Bayview

Disappointing Experience at Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac I recently visited Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac at 1240 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, to apply for a Cadillac Escalade for my business. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and not what I would expect from a luxury dealership. Despite spending the entire day at the dealership and offering a strong personal credit score of 764 as a guarantor, I was presented with a financing offer that made absolutely no financial sense. I was told I would need to put down $35,000 on a vehicle listed online for $109,000. On top of that, they stacked on excessive and unclear fees, including a $5,000 “tag price”, $2,999 for glass and miscellaneous maintenance, and other hidden charges. To make matters worse, they offered me an interest rate in the range of 14–15%. That’s unacceptable, especially for someone with excellent credit. The end result would have been a significantly high monthly payment and tens of thousands out of pocket — hardly the terms one would expect when shopping for a premium vehicle. While I appreciated the efforts of Tarek in finance and Daniel in sales who tried to offer a better deal, the overall process left me extremely dissatisfied. This experience felt more like a high-pressure, profit-driven transaction than a customer-focused luxury car purchase. I would advise others to proceed with caution and carefully review all terms before committing to anything at this dealership.

I went in for service on a issue that my service rep

I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. Thanks again to the service team and Barbara. Keep it up

Their facility is modern and clean. Their staff are very helpful, especially Klaudio in the Service Department. Great location as well. Very grateful to find them and they have unheard of specials!

My dealer experience was pathetic.

My dealer experience was pathetic. Sales and support staff were impatient. car was delivered at night which precluded a well-lit inspection upon delivery. Car has foreign substance on hood, car required work and tires upon arrival had <10% tire tread remaining on ALL tires! Will never recommend this dealer!
