My husband and I purchased 2 vehicles from Chuck Jordan within a 4 day timespan. His friendliness and helpfulness allowed us to find the perfect vehicles for each of us without any games or pressure. We've purchased many cars over the years and have never met such a great, customer focused car salesman like Chuck. Everyone at Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was wonderful and made our car buying experience one of the best! When it's time to upgrade, we'll definitely go see Chuck again!!

When you're looking for your next car, Chuck Jordan is the person to call! I was looking for a specific vehicle and was having trouble finding it when I contacted Chuck. He took the hassle away by doing the research to locate several vehicles and having them brought to the local car lot. I was able to compare them side by side as well as test drive them. Even with all of the effort he expended, Chuck never put any pressure on me to buy one of the cars. It was such a refreshing experience to work with a salesperson who wasn't out to "sell me" a car. End result - I did buy one of them and am extremely happy with it and with Chuck!

Both of our vehicles were totaled thanks to hurricane Matthew. We went into the dealer knowing we would rather a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, but we were just planning on looking at inventory until the insurance process was settled as they only give a small grace period to get a new vehicle. We found a vehicle that got our requirements right away and they helped us through the process. We drove away a short time later with the new vehicle. After purchasing a few new vehicles from dealers in this area, this by far was the best service we have had. Our salesman, Craig, understood the situation and helped us out tremendously.

Hall Chrysler/Dodge/Ram/Jeep VA Beach helped me when 5 other well known dealerships in the Hampton Roads could not! They got me out of an old car I was upside down on and into a brand new vehicle even with my credit issues. They are a great dealership to work trade deals and gave me more than I wanted for my trade. Their salesman was upfront with all the numbers and did not try to run an typical dealer games that I experienced at other dealerships. I would buy from this dealership again and suggest that anyone with credit issues or upside down in a car they want to get out of go check out this dealership.

Very helpful and easy process. The whole thing took up the whole day because i looked at a lot of car models and we went back and forth with the financing. But they worked with me without any problems. I would say, they earned their paycheck that day with me.

My girlfriend would buy from anyone as long as things go smoothly and she gets a decent price. I am the strong negotiating man who demands the lowest price possible and who isn't afraid to haggle. Together we have shopped man of the dealers in Virginia and together we have purchased 3 jeep wranglers from Hall. They are true to their word and there are never 11th hour surprises. They get you the best price by a mile, and with relative ease which makes me think that they just crush it on volume and are able to drop prices because their attention to detail and good customer service, they are always happy to accommodate you whatever you need. Shout out to Stanley Smith, and I believe Pete, guy with the hummer H2, both excellent guys. I know dealerships, Hall is no average dealership.

I went in on Saturday June 18 to look at a Ram Promaster and was referred to Martin Hanley right away. At other dealerships I've visited you're almost attacked by an over anxious salesperson, but not at H.C.D.J.R. Martin was friendly, laid back, funny, and easy to work with. Several times he told me " don't worry about it " and " we will work it out " . Soon enough we took a test drive and Martin is showing me features on it that I didn't even know it had. Back at Hall we were waiting to see finance so he gave me the tour of the place. During this we saw the Challenger - Hellcat, WOW! What beast of a car! Martin told me a lot about it, and then we were off to the finance office. There I met Bradley Leighton who was great, patient and very easy to work with. Soon enough I am being handed my keys and I am shown to my Ram Pro. There was a bit of paperwork hang up and I must have called Martin at least 4 times between 9am and noon on Monday morning. I know I probably bugged the heck out of him but he was incredibly nice and once again told me " don't worry, we got this ". By 1pm Martin and Bradley had it fixed and once again I am driving off in my Ram-Pro. This just might be the best car buying experience I've ever had. Martin and Brad made it pretty darn easy. When I was worried, they did all they could to solve the problem. Two great guys to work with. Thanks again. Great job guys!
