Went in to trade in my car for the only 2022 Accord EX-L on the lot, when I arrived the car had practically just been sold so I was a little disheartened but the salesman Prince and his sales manager Richard did their best to accommodate my needs and worked down the numbers for me to be able to drive off in a 2022 Accord 2.0T Touring. It was a relaxing experience. Great job guys!

I like the way Virgil Wade made it easy for us to get the car we want. He was corteous and respectful and is a fellow navy! I like it where he allowed us to test drive as many to compare and trusted us totally to drive away without him looking over. Greetings Mr. Kuhlman, Let me apologize in advance for the lengthy email but it’s definitely warranted. Where do I start about Braxton Kinlaw : the first words that come to mind are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We started our car relationship with Braxton upon returning back from Japan in July 2020 while I was set on an Acura MDX. In visiting the Virginia Beach store but I believe at the time what I wanted wasn’ t on the lot and in the moment I had my heart set on it. Unfortunately in my hasty and impatient decision making, I went somewhere else and purchased the vehicle that I wanted at an EXTREMELY HIGH APR. Like the diligent and genuine salesman that Braxton is, he kept in touch with us, kept us abreast of cars coming in and let us know he could help out with any additional needs. In keeping in contact with my husband as he was in the market for an additional vehicle after we decided to stay in the Acura family, Braxton got right back to work getting my husband a car he loved also at a great deal and something feasible for our family. Being very attentive and remembering what I initially wanted Braxton was on the hunt again looking for a Red Acura MDX while also genuinely wanting to get us from under that high xxx APR (lol). This time working with him was a little different, because he REALLY had to work to make it happen. Braxton is the epitome of salespeople and should write a book on how it’s done. During the entire process of working with him, he was never pushy, unprofessional, demeaning, negative, aggressive, or just trying to sell us a car. We honestly feel like we’ve known him forever and he’s definitely become family. His energy was welcoming and genuine from day one and that’s one of the reasons we decided to continue working with him. His working style is very genuine, resilient, determined and I’m not satisfied until my customer is. In summation Braxton is someone you HAVE TO KEEP ON YOUR TEAM and with your company, he is definitely the reason we’ll keep coming back and send EVERYONE we know to him.
