BRANDON THE SMUCK

Went in to buy. In ten minutes had a printed sheet handed to me with trade in and sticker price. I ask what they were willing to take sticker price to and told we dont. Brandon said if I finan e they will take 2000.00 off. I said Im not financing and he said then its full atucker price. I said thank you and left. Ive never met a bigger muck than Brandon. And if A & L really does business like that....then them too.

Worst customer service in America

Long story short I took my car in to get a key made, they then told me they messed up the computer system which would be a 4k repair. Before the repair they had my son who dropped it off, sign a waiver making them non liable for any damages that may occur, even if they do it. I was pretty upset so wanted to get my car towed to another dealership, they wanted to charge me 300 something dollars to release the car after they damaged it. They ignored me for weeks and I had to stop in several times to try and get a copy of the contract which they refused to give me for some reason. So then I get a call saying they are going to tow the car to a toe yard if I don't tow it that day. I get AAA on the phone and schedule a tow, Jose tells me I have to come in to sign papers so I do and as I'm sitting there the owner comes up to me and says if I don't leave they will call the police and I told them to do so. I stepped outside and the police came and told them to give me the contact so I can meet the tower. I waiting in their lot as the tow driver connected up my car and Jose was flicking me off, recording me, waiving at me, and staring at me out of the service door the whole 40 minutes it took. All this to get it towed to Bobby Rahal just to find out nothing is wrong with my car and they programmed a new key within a hour. No 4k repair was even needed! Wild stuff

Stay away from A&L

If I could give zero stars I would. I just bought a slightly used $50k Ram 1500 from these guys and upon getting home my son points out the tail light has a crack in it. I immediately message my salesman Tommy and received no response. I messaged him again on Monday (today) and he told me "as is" and that the dealership wouldn't replace the light. This is a safety item that won't pass inspection. He claims it passed their phony inspection at their dealership. Well it won't pass inspection in my state. They guys are crooked as xxxx and refuse to make things right. Absolutely stay away from this group and Tommy!

If I could give 0 stars I would have given 0 stars. I...

If I could give 0 stars I would have given 0 stars. I have been purchasing cars (usually 2 at a time) for the last 15 years usually once every 3 years and by far this has been the worst experience and even if they were to offer me a car for free in the future I would not want to interact with Jaguar Monroeville ever again, especially salesperson named Walter Lamory. I have interacted with many car salesmen, some good some bad but Walter is at a different level. He didn’t even offer me water on a hot (100 degrees) summer afternoon and had very little knowledge of the car he was selling and lesser time for my questions. Below are the 2 primary reasons for my resentment (and for people to know): 1. I was sold a broken car that died in the middle of nowhere on my way back home from the dealership and was left stranded. 2. I was overcharged for sales taxes (unapologetically) by a lot (around $1500) After exhausting all my options (calling the dealership several times and Jaguar customer service to no avail) I had to write to Jaguar CEO (it was not easy finding his email address). And I am impressed and thankful that he looked into it and assigned someone from Jaguar corporate to look into the issue and I finally I got my car a week after I purchased and the overcharged sales tax 3 months after. If I didn’t write to the CEO only god can imagine where I would be with the situation.

Poor customer service culture

Very poor customer service at this dealership. Several personnel don’t return phone calls or respond to customer concerns. Very dissatisfied and frustrated. Better options elsewhere.

All the way from NY

Great service! I came all the way from NY for the top notch service and price, nothing local could compare. I will be in back once this lease is done.

Excellent service

The reason for my rating because it's true. They had everything ready for me to sign And there was someone available to teach me the inside of the car. Just was exvellent.

Outstanding service!

I brought my car in late on a Friday afternoon with a flat tire. Davve saw to it that the flat was fixed immediately and I was out of there by 6 PM. I couldn't believe it. They will be most definitley my Jaguar dealer from now on,

Terrible service experience

My Jaguar had an ignition problem & I had my car towed there in March. Dave in service told us the parts needed/labor might take a couple of weeks. The car wasn't finished until July 7. I called at least once a week after April 15th & was told they were still waiting on the part & would call me when it was in. We actually had to purchase another vehicle after having a rental for a month.I had to leave messages that weren't returned & when I did leave a message for the service manager/supervisor (Anthony), Dave would then call back. When we picked up the car after almost 4 months, the notes in the file said we had only spoken with Dave twice. We don't know if the ignition problem is really fixed, since we now have to jumpstart the car to make it run (there was a brand new battery put in Dec 2014).The car alarms as soon as you start it (never had that problem before either) I wouldn't recommend their service department to anybody! Anthony apologized, but it was by far the worst service experience we've ever had, especially now that the car has other problems.
