Best auto repair service around

Great service coupled with a great service advisor, Brad Barnes. My vehicle was repaired quickly. I was surprised and happy that I was able to have my vehicle repaired the same day I called. I know that when my vehicle is repaired by Joe Ball, I won't need to be concerned about the safety of my family members who drive the car. I will continue to take all my vehicles to Joe Ball for inspections and repairs.

Good work done in a professional manner

You are close to home. The work performed has been done professionally as I expected. Joe Ball is the only one who has worked on my Terrain.

Good service

I brought my car in two get the oil changed and the tires rotated. It had snowed the night before and my car was covered with salt. I thought that they would have washed it during the appointment but they did not. Besides that everything was great.

Awesome service

Everyone that I encountered was courteous and knowledgeable. It took a little while to resolve the issue but it was found and my vehicle is running great. Kudos to the staff for all that they did for me.

Joe Ball GMC

Great service. The salesperson (Mak Powell and the GM Jeff) couldn't do enough for me. Both were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable in my purchase. I would have no problem recommending Joe Ball to anyone.

Great service department

I have always been very happy with the service department. It was the sales department that let me down. When I was going to replace my Yukon XL,I came to your dealership. There was a problem getting the car I wanted into your shop. My wife found one at Cochran,so that's were we shopped. However,I will try again with you when I replace this one. Again,your service department is great!
