One of the worst dealerships you can go to there customer services is horrible they areVERY MONEY HUNGRY individuals and liers. They don’t provide car fax before you buy the vehicle. That’s the dealership responsibility to provide it before purchase they don’t communicate and their website does not work until open hours of the dealership please do not go to this dealership it’s not worth it and you will pay for it in the next 6 months maybe less that that.

I paid 250 of the car note which is 500. I get off work to find out my car was shut off. So I Uber home to find out I can pay the other 250 online I go to pay online all the information I put in to access my account was not working So how am I supposed to get to work in the morning I was literally crying because I had no one to pick my 3 little babies up from daycare I cried the whole time on my way home!!!

Please don’t buy a car from these people... Stay away from them. They are full of xxxx and sell xxxxxxxx xxx cars. Warranty is only 3 months. I purchased a car from them last year in June. I’m already having problems with my transmission. Just sad no good customer service at all. They will most definitely turn your car off if you can’t make the payment. Stay away please they aren’t no good. June 2020 and when I got my car from this place. And I called requiring about a trade in I was told I need 3 to 5 thousand dollars. They don’t care nothing about the customers or they financing situations. I wish like xxxx I wouldn’t went to the location on Cicero. Stay away actually need to be out of business

Just stay away, called in spoke to account person advised payment would be late. Which over the past five months I have never missed a payment, at the moment the payment is only five days late. I advised my payment would be late due to starting a new job, lady that answered phone said ok. My payment was due on the 18th, advised I was awaiting my last paycheck and first paycheck from new job on the 31st. Needless to say with the payment only five days late they turned my car off. You would think they would care about their customers especially if my note has always been paid and on time. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!They only care about the money not the customer.

Don’t buy a car from here!! They will sell you a bogus car and lie to you! This is my second car from them and I can honestly say I am hurt. My first go around I was impressed. This time it’s been nothing but trouble.

As a current customer they service is horrible the sales team is pushy and never there when you call or stand up to there word. Every associate speaks Spanish and talks behind your back. Over pricing for vehicle repairs labor cost more than repair itself .
