Service was quick (1 hr total). Had an oil change and NYS inspection. Was told what was needed (not 4 inspection) but no pressure to purchase or add services. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable & friendly.

Great service, excellent techs and great front desk service , went in for a oil change and tire rotation, service was prompt they told me it would be a wait it was no longer then 30 minutes before my car was pulled in

Jake and Justin were amazing!! Justin really took the time to talk to me to see what it was I needed, and wanted in a car! Jake was financial part and he was a rockstar getting everything approved. Even helping me out a car seat in when my boyfriend disappeared. They made this process so easy!

Joe Falletta was a great salesman. He was a pleasure to work with. He was patient with us while our insurance company was being difficult.

The service guys were great. Solved the problem and fixed. What more could you ask. Oh, they have a great attitude. This is the 10th car purchased from them.

Well let's begin with my last visit 2 weeks ago I asked to speak with Jason Hughes and was told that he was in a meeting so I went on to voice my concerns with Patrick by the end of the conversation he stated that he will see what he can do about my issue. Let's see it's 2 weeks later I have not heard from Patrick nor Jason Hughes. Their customer service is really bad between 2 managers that should know better about following up with their customers' issues. I believe Jason Hughes just did not want to deal with me so he pretended to be in a meeting so unprofessional. I had given them both enough time to follow up with me so they should not be surprised that there getting a bad review hope they can learn from their mistakes.

I thought i had the deal of a life time even after being told the 2018 alfa romeo gulia is a little to much car for me by the sales guy dave whom also promised to get the car clean and black out the rims never happened . But regardless it had 25 thousand miles on it so the car was sweet as xxxx until 10,000 miles later after one oil change all the sudden one day the lights for well pretty much everything come on at once and it started smoking i bought this car in july 22 by feb 23 i now need a brand new motor ,turbo and intercooler toataling 11 grand according to the alfa romeo dealer in williamsville my warrenty is expired and i got to pay all of it considering i got 60 payments or so of 780 left im currently screwed i dont have the 11 grand now im walking to work to pay for my car .

William(Bill) was excellent in getting me a great deal, the finance department was great at getting be the best deal on financing my new car
