I spent $97 for nothing because they didn’t find what was

I spent $97 for nothing because they didn’t find what was the problem. Waste money and time ! There is a noise when I drive the car, they diagnosed the car and told me it’s safe to drive , but the noise still here ! I don’t know what to do because they made the car! So they suppose to know how fix it !

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Wouldn't take my Toyota anywhere else. Was able to wait while they worked on my car. They were really quick.

A Nice Experience!

I first met Jon Tedesco by text and with a follow-up at the dealership. He is a very professional and understanding sales consultant. He arranged for our vehicle and met our expectations. The staff around him is very friendly and appreciate that the customer has choices and that we chose them. I appreciated them and I feel they appreciated my wife and I doing business with West Herr Toyota of Orchard Park.

I bought just three week ago Toyota Camry 2020 .

I bought just three week ago Toyota Camry 2020 . Today i just check my car trunk have water in the bottam and rusty. front glass have a small stone marks. Driver side bottom mat is ripped. Driver seat leather is little bit ripped .When i bought this vehicle its to much dirty from inside and marks. I paid $329.99 doller for cleaning to deta sonic .Its toyota certified vehicle. westherr toyota orchard park service is very bad. I very dispointed. My vehicle is garbage. I paid more than value of my car.

Everyone at thus dealership is top-notch since I purchased my Avalon there three years ago. Can't say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. Great place to do business on any account. I will be back for my next service!

Shotty work

After my service, my truck is leaking oil. Before that, my truck was leaking coolant after service. They can't successfully do even the most basic service.
