Overpriced cost for services. Repair of tire stem double the price of any quality repair shop. Good customer service.

When we met with our salesperson (Ken), we were given a sheet of paper with 3 down payment options for financing without the price of the vehicle. We were also trading in a used vehicle. Ken never showed us how much we were being offered for that vehicle. We also asked Ken if Toyota offered financing. Ken said they would get us the best financing by looking around. Basil Toyota is not transparent at all. We stopped at Mike Smith Buick GMC after meeting with Ken. They gave us a similar piece of paper with the price of the vehicle we were looking at with the price of the vehicle, how much for our trade-in, and the different percentages for financing with the payment. Ken did not provide any of that. When we got home, we spent time figuring it all out on our own. When I sat with the financial gentleman and I asked who we were getting the financing through, he said it was with Toyota Financial. I also paid to have the vehicle undercoated and was told the service department would call me to schedule an appointment. I picked my vehicle up on Monday, October 16. The service department called me two months later to schedule an appointment. I am super happy with the Toyota Highlander. I will never again purchase a vehicle from Basil Toyota.
