I coordinated much of the process on behalf of my parents, and from start to finish the team was professional, transparent, and respectful of our time. Cole Murrell was excellent to work with. He was responsive, straightforward, and never pushy, even when we had a lot of questions and wanted to carefully review the details. Cole clearly explained the pricing and paperwork, made sure there were no surprise add-ons, and followed through on everything he said he would. He made the process feel organized and low-pressure, which we really appreciated. The trade-in process for an older vehicle was handled smoothly, and overall the experience felt honest and collaborative rather than rushed. Most importantly, my parents felt comfortable and well taken care of, and they left feeling confident in both their purchase and the dealership. I recently purchased a late-model used car from Basil Toyota that I found while shopping online. I live in Rochester and liked the car enough to make the drive out to Lockport to check it out, along with my wife and mother-in-law. We were greeted by Rob Fraiser upon entering the showroom. Immediately, we were made to feel at home and at ease. He was straightforward and personable. I never felt any buying pressure, and he stressed that he wanted me to feel comfortable with the possible purchase. Questions were answered directly and honestly. When I inquired why this car was being offered with so little mileage, and the answer was in question, Rob immediately left to acquire an answer from his service manager. A test drive was set up, and not knowing the Lockport area, Rob suggested a route to take that would give me a 20-minute drive at different speeds and traffic situations to get 'a feel' of the car. A deposit was put down, and we met the following Saturday to complete the sale and take delivery. It was a very busy sales day for Basil. Even so, Rob made sure we were comfortable and informed during the waiting period to complete the purchase process. All questions and concerns were promptly and professionally answered. I left with my new ride and felt like I had connected with a genuine nice guy.
