I received great service when I had to have a wheel

I received great service when I had to have a wheel barring replaced on my 2021 KIA Soul. It was covered under my power-train warranty. From the 1st call to the last call Matthews KIA associate Tylor was very professional, helpful and reassuring.

I brought my car in because the hatchback latch was

I brought my car in because the hatchback latch was broken and kept locking up. It obviously needed to be replaced. In addition to the charge for the part and the labor ( which I have no problem with) I was charged a fee for “diagnosing” the Problem. I feel this fee was excessive and unnecessary.
