Matthew's Mitsubishi was there in my time of need.

Matthew's Mitsubishi was there in my time of need. Jarred the customer service representative that took my call after my unsuspecting flat tire was calm, cool and sincere. I was feeling alot of emotion at the time because I couldn't find the locking key for the tire hub. He. Calmly helped me find the key so I could change my tire. Also, he gathered the information necessary to have a new tire installed. I was very pleased with the service this facility provided. Thank you Matthew's Mitsubishi for helping put in my time of need.

Very friendly.

Very friendly. Keep you informed of any issues that arise. Very nice waiting area with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and really good fresh popcorn!

Mechanic never followed up with me if my warranty covered

Mechanic never followed up with me if my warranty covered what needed to be fixed. He told me it was 5700.00 to repair I called back with warranty information and he said he would call back and he did not. Since then I trade my car and bought a Honda Pilot in Syracuse.

The car was in for wheel barring's and covered warranty

The car was in for wheel barring's and covered warranty work. I was told after the fact that they fixed recalls. These were not explained and told I would get paperwork in the mail. The paperwork still did not explain how these recalls were corrected. After having the car for hours, they called and told me the brakes and pads were very bad. I took the car to my regular mechanic, and he said they were not bad and did not need work at this time. I was very disappointed that I was lied to.
