Disappointed with my experience at Volvo of Lisle. After agreeing on a price and setting a time to drop payment and sign, I was informed the vehicle had been sold without any notice. I expected better communication, transparency, and professionalism from a Volvo dealership.

I understand that verbal agreements are not final and that a deposit is required to officially secure a vehicle. However, what’s completely unacceptable is that this was never communicated to me. At no point was I informed that a deposit was needed, nor did anyone extend the basic courtesy of a call before selling the vehicle we had already agreed upon in good faith. This lack of honesty and communication shows a serious disregard for professionalism and respect toward your customers. A simple heads-up or clear explanation of your policy could have easily avoided this entire situation. At this point, I find it very hard to believe that your team, or this dealership, can be trusted after the way this was handled

Great experience from top to bottom. From the communication with the sales manager Andreas over the course of the week, to our super knowledgeable sales rep Chris, to signing the documents with Howar - very professional, up front and honest. Great deal on a pre-owned car, we are very happy!!
