My 2022 Maxima got totalled and I was heartbroken.

My 2022 Maxima got totalled and I was heartbroken. Not only did CDJR Utica have the exact same make, model, and color but I even got it with less mile. I worked the deal with Tyler Coughlin and was thouroughly impressed by both his commitment and his responsiveness. I live 2.5 hours away so everything had to be done remotely. He helped me through every step of the process and had everything in place to get me in and out quickly when I came to pick up the car. He answered the phone anytime i called, kept in touch through text messages and emails and made this a great experience. His personality was upbeat, kind, and caring. He was a pleasure to work with and I would buy a car from him again in the future. His work ethic and friendly demeanor are traits to be looked up to. Thank you Tyler and CDJR Utica for making this a great experience.

Tyler Coughlin and CDJR Utica provided the best car

Tyler Coughlin and CDJR Utica provided the best car dealership experience I've ever had. He made the process easy and pain free. He had the car washed and ready for a test drive when I showed up, and he had it detailed and ready to drive home when the paperwork was complete. The next time I buy a car, it will be with Tyler at CDJR Utika.

I went to CDJR of Utica where I met Jarred Kraszewski.

I went to CDJR of Utica where I met Jarred Kraszewski. We told him I was interested in a Jeep I saw online. Jarred took a copy of my license and had the vehicle ready to drive in seconds. He was polite and extremely friendly. CDJR took in my old car on a trade which shocked me. We ran numbers and well they got me near my payment. I would recommend CDJR of Utica and Jae to everyone. They make you feel like family. Like you actually mean something to them that I wasn’t just another deal.

I had purchased my first car there and had the best experience. Quenten had assisted me every step of the way. He helped me find the perfect car within my price range, and around the year and milage that I was looking for. Would definitely be getting my next car there.

I came in to look at a newer 3 series BMW they had on

I came in to look at a newer 3 series BMW they had on there used lot. Even though I didn’t end up buying the car, Robby the sales rep that helped me with the walk around of the car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even pointed out that it was a hybrid. At the time I didn’t realize it. But with his knowledge made me realize it wasn’t the 3 series I was looking for. I’m beyond grateful for him because he didn’t press me into something I didn’t want. I highly recommend Robby at CDJR of Utica.
