My 2022 Maxima got totalled and I was heartbroken. Not only did CDJR Utica have the exact same make, model, and color but I even got it with less mile. I worked the deal with Tyler Coughlin and was thouroughly impressed by both his commitment and his responsiveness. I live 2.5 hours away so everything had to be done remotely. He helped me through every step of the process and had everything in place to get me in and out quickly when I came to pick up the car. He answered the phone anytime i called, kept in touch through text messages and emails and made this a great experience. His personality was upbeat, kind, and caring. He was a pleasure to work with and I would buy a car from him again in the future. His work ethic and friendly demeanor are traits to be looked up to. I came in to look at a newer 3 series BMW they had on there used lot. Even though I didn’t end up buying the car, Robby the sales rep that helped me with the walk around of the car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even pointed out that it was a hybrid. At the time I didn’t realize it. But with his knowledge made me realize it wasn’t the 3 series I was looking for. I’m beyond grateful for him because he didn’t press me into something I didn’t want.
