After my car job completed and was parked in front of

After my car job completed and was parked in front of service area I told my service advisor many times inregards he keeps telling me gave me few minutes after every interaction I will get back to you there was no customer he was handling that time despite I was at dealership over 2 hours with the schedule appointment at2pm .thanks to another service adviser who help me out when he saw my service advisor don?t care about me beside I asked him many times after completion of my car service.

Steve Kendale was excellent!

Steve Kendale was excellent! He helped address a couple of my concerns and issues, and even went above and beyond by taking care of something for a future visit that he recommended and is already scheduling. I really appreciate Steve?s attentiveness, and I also want to thank manager Nate for supporting this as well.

Took my car in for an oil change, Bryan did the oil

Took my car in for an oil change, Bryan did the oil change ,very professional, told me I also needed to schedule more work, I needed my fluids changed. I will do this soon thank you Bryan for checking over my car and telling me what I needed to do
