Thought I was going to get my car fixed but didnt
Went in for my car to get looked at seeing that there were issues going on. Wrote them down so the mechanic could see them. Didnt even look at any of what I wrote told me something else that was going with the car that had nothing to do with what I had explained. Was only talking to the receptionist and then she asked if i wanted to speak to the mechanic said yes but he never came over and talked to me. Then I also asked not to change the oil or put any oil in seeing that I was going to change the oil but decided to top my oil off. So I paid 39 dollars for nothing and still my car is having issues.

Toyota Tacoma
I brought my Tacoma in for a new A/C condenser, it took 3 times to finally fix it correctly. The first time, they never tested it, the next time they had to order another part, the 3rd time, they fixed it, and when I was paying they told me my brakes were down to practically metal. I was there the week before to have my oil changed and a check up, you would think they would of checked the brake pads and mentioned it to me. Isn?t that the point of bringing it in to service? I will say that everyone is nice and friendly, but there is some either incompetence, laziness or lack of oversight. Again I want to reiterate everyone from the service mgr. on down were very cordial and nice. We did not purchase our Tacoma here but we did recently purchase a new subaru from Della, their service has been fantastic.

Crooked
Finance mgr agreed to 2.49 interest. Upon checking my account, it was 3.49. Called and they said nothing they can do. In the process of financing with my credit union at 2.24%. Crooks!

Hi Anthony, I reviewed your paperwork and signed contracts from when you purchased your vehicle 6 months ago. All the contracts state 3.49 and you signed multiple forms indicating this. We are very diligent when it comes to finance disclosure and we make sure that customers read, sign and initial the finance contracts prior to taking delivery of their vehicle. A review of your extensively signed and initialed paperwork indicates that you read and understood the interest rate being charged.
