Ray was very professional and I could not have asked for a better car shopping experience! The finance lady, Cheryl(Chery) was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Both Ray and Cheryl have been doing their jobs efficiently for a long time, so I felt very comfortable and confident working with them. Will be returning someday to buy another car

We found the dealership and all the employees who assisted us, Bobby, Blake, and others, very helpful, but most of all we appreciate the excellent service we received from our sales person, Ray Gandurski. He was very pleasant and patient in answering all of our questions. He made the entire experience great.

I’ve had the privilege of dealing with Ray Gandurski for the past decade, during which time I’ve bought or leased Cadillacs including XT5s and Lyriqs. I just recently picked up the car of my dreams….a 2025 black Lyriq wrapped in Pearl Light Green. It is the most beautiful and distinctive car you will ever see. Ray personally oversaw the entire process until it was done to perfection. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Ray has become more than a car salesman. From my first interaction and purchase, he’s become a trusted friend. I have never felt “sold” to but “advised,” never pushy, but consultative. His commitment and genuine care for his clients are unparalleled. What’s more, Ray’s support doesn’t end with the sale. He remains readily available for questions or whenever there is an issue with my vehicle which is rare. If necessary he works closely with service department to ensure quick and competent solutions. Ray is consistently there to offer expert guidance and thoughtful insights. Ray Gandurski is the epitome of a true automotive professional. He combines an extensive knowledge of Cadillac vehicles and the automotive marketplace in general. He has a passion for ensuring that his clients receive personalized and top-notch service. If you want to buy a new car, get a Cadillac. If you buy a Cadillac get yourself over to Cadillac of Naperville. These guys are indescribably and spectacularly good. Can't find the superlatives. Friendly, accommodating, helpful, great customer experience all round! Go to cadillac of Naperville and see for yourself!
